Ntu

Ntu is a village in the Peren district of Nagaland, India. It is located in the Tening Circle.

Demographics

According to the 2011 census of India, Ntu has 209 households. The effective literacy rate (i.e. the literacy rate of population excluding children aged 6 and below) is 76.35%.

Nanyang Technological University

Nanyang Technological University (Abbreviation: NTU; Malay: Universiti Teknologi Nanyang; Chinese: 南洋理工大学; pinyin: Nányáng Lǐgōng Dàxué; Tamil: நன்யாங் தொழில்நுட்ப பல்கலைக்கழகம், Naṉyāṅ Toḻilnuṭpa Palkalaikkaḻakam) is one of the two largest public and autonomous universities in Singapore.

NTU was inaugurated in 1991, when its predecessor institution, the Nanyang Technological Institute (NTI) merged with the National Institute of Education (NIE). NTU has since grown to become a full-fledged comprehensive and research-intensive university, with over 33,000 undergraduate and postgraduate students in the various colleges of engineering, science, humanities, arts and social sciences, the Nanyang Business School, as well as the Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine. NTU is also home to the National Institute of Education, Interdisciplinary Graduate School, the S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies, Earth Observatory of Singapore, and the Singapore Centre on Environmental Life Sciences Engineering. The latest addition to the university, the Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine, is set-up jointly with Imperial College London, and opened its doors in 2013.

Шухова)) is the largest russian university with specialization in the field of the construction materials. It trains experts for the construction industry and for many other fields.

History

University was found as Belgorod Technological Institute of Building Materials according to Decision of USSR Council Minister dated by April 29, 1954 № 797 and according to order of high and specialized secondary education Department USSR dated by June 15, 1970 № 419. Belgorod Technological Institute of Building Materials was renamed in Belgorod State Technological Academy of Building Materials according to State Committee of High Education RF dated by April 29, 1994 № 355. Belgorod State Technological Academy of Building Materials was renamed in State Educational Establishment of high Professional Education«Belgorod State Technological University named after V. G. Shoukhov» according to Ministry of Education RF dated by March 27, 2003 № 1249.
