Maracay (Spanish pronunciation: [maɾaˈkai̯]) is a city in north-central Venezuela, near the Caribbean coast, and is the capital and most important city of the state of Aragua. Most of it falls under the jurisdiction of the Girardot Municipality. The population of Maracay and its surroundings as per the 2011 census was 955,362. In Venezuela, Maracay is known as "Ciudad Jardín", or "Garden City".
Officially established on March 5, 1701 by Bishop Diego de Baños y Sotomayor in the valleys of Tocopio and Tapatapa (what is known today as the central valley of Aragua) in northern Venezuela.
According to the most accepted explanation, it was named after a local indigenous chief, and refers to the "Maracayo" (Felis mitis), a small tiger. Alternative etymologies cite a local aromatic tree called Mara.
Maracay experienced rapid growth during Juan Vicente Gómez's dictatorship (1908–1935). Gómez saw Maracay as a suitable place to make his residence during his rule, and ordered the construction of an Arc of Triumph, a bull plaza (a near replica of the one in Seville, Spain), an Ópera house, a Zoo, and, most notably, the Hotel Jardín (Garden Hotel), a majestic, tourist attraction with very large gardens. The city is home to the Mausoleo de Gómez (Gómez's mausoleum), where the dictator's remains are stored.

Durante el día el transporte en la capital del estado se ha visto afectado, con unidades que han preferido no prestar el servicio, obligando a muchos a tomar camionetas tipo pick up como opción para transportarse. Cata Bay beach is the Aragua State (Venezuela), very long, fine sand, clear waters and adorned by the shade of coconut trees upright. Cata Bay has become a beach area high concurrency.

Greater Valencia unofficially incorporates the communities of Naguanagua, San Diego, and other smaller bordering cities. It is thought to be greatly underrated, partially due to its proximity to Maracay City (some 35 km away). The elevation of the city is 520 meters . Valencia is located in a valley, surrounded by a mountain range called the Coastal Range (Cordillera de la Costa). On the eastern outskirts of the city lies Lake Valencia, Venezuela's second largest lake.

Chorus: (2x)
Shiva god
Deepest love
Sweetest life I live
Destroy in my mind
Belive in my soul
What you will find
Will turn into gold
I want you to dance
My time won't run out
I will take a bow
I'm not gone around
Chorus (4x)
Don't bury my dream
And spell my belief
Don't waste bitter tears
Past will dsappear
I want you to dance
Make a room for the new
I will take a bow
Past will disappear
Chorus (4x)
My pain cuts so deep
Believe in my soul
What you will find
Will turn into gold
