Ron The Monster Sparks and his trainer Jason Y (Louisville MMA), were previously training to fight Bob Sapp in Dallas, however; the fight fell through. Ron took this fight with only 2 days notice not in MMA but in Kickboxing. Ron won the first round on the scorecards against the eleven-time world champion. This was Ignashovs 96th professional fight in kickboxing and this was Rons 1st. It takes heart and compassion of a warrior to get in a ring with a man that is 11-time world champion. If Ron had more time to train for kickboxing, I know it would have been a different story! Rons a true fighter and doesnt believe in excuses. As he says, A win's a win! I believe Ron has what it takes to go far in kickboxing. I know a lot of people are waiting to see more of The Monster and so am I. V...

Семь синглов Sparks входили в UK Top 40; наивысшего результата (#2) в мае 1974 года добился первый из них, «This Town Ain’t Big Enough for Both of Us» (в 1997 году вошедший в хит-парад повторно, ...

I recorded this on my trusty old recorder off the broadcast in 1986 -- I was surprised to find it still sounding alright. Sparks here are promoting their Music That You Can Dance To album with DJ Richard Blade. Blade is hosting them on KROQ, 106.7FM in Los Angeles. Sparks were coming off a great run with KROQ as being one of their top 10 most-played bands from 1981-1986. Whomp, Angst, Outer Space and Pulling Rabbits were pretty big hits in the USA that KROQ helped push. In this interview, Sparks demonstrate their influence at the station as they flirt with the traffic gal, play a prank on their #1 fan, give away tickets to the "high caller," and get 3 tracks played off the MTYCDT album (which I edited out - I will post that entire version with music in tact if requested).
Found Footage documentary on the band Sparks that I made for a journalism class in 2010. Featuring, This Town Ain't Big Enough for Both of Us, Achoo, Wacky Women, My Baby's Taking Me Home, Lighten Up Morrissey and more!
