Street art is visual art created in public locations, usually unsanctioned artwork executed outside of the context of traditional art venues. The term gained popularity during the graffiti art boom of the early 1980s and continues to be applied to subsequent incarnations. Stencil graffiti, wheatpasted poster art or sticker art, and street installation or sculpture are common forms of modern street art. Video projection, yarn bombing and Lock On sculpture became popularized at the turn of the 21st century.
The terms "urban art", "guerrilla art", "post-graffiti" and "neo-graffiti" are also sometimes used when referring to artwork created in these contexts. Traditional spray-painted graffiti artwork itself is often included in this category, excluding territorial graffiti or pure vandalism.
Street art is often motivated by a preference on the part of the artist to communicate directly with the public at large, free from perceived confines of the formal art world. Street artists sometimes present socially relevant content infused with esthetic value, to attract attention to a cause or as a form of "art provocation".

Brazil (i/brəˈzɪl/; Portuguese: Brasil [bɾaˈziw] ), officially the Federative Republic of Brazil (Portuguese: República Federativa do Brasil,
listen ), is the largest sovereign state in both South America and the Latin American region. It is the world's fifth-largest country, both by geographical area and by population. It is the largest Portuguese-speaking country in the world, and the only one in the Americas.
Bounded by the Atlantic Ocean on the east, Brazil has a coastline of 7,491 km (4,655 mi). It borders all other South American countries except Ecuador and Chile and occupies 47.3 percent of the continent of South America. Its Amazon River basin includes a vast tropical forest, home to diverse wildlife, a variety of ecological systems, and extensive natural resources spanning numerous protected habitats. This unique environmental heritage makes Brazil one of 17 megadiverse countries, and is the subject of significant global interest and debate regarding deforestation and environmental protection.
"A Celebration" is a song by rock band U2. It was released as a non-album single in March 1982, between the records October (1981) and War (1983). U2 have re-released the track on two occasions; on the 2004 digital compilation album The Complete U2, and on the bonus disc of the remastered October in 2008.
"Trash, Trampoline and the Party Girl," commonly shortened to "Party Girl," was released as the B-side.
"A Celebration" runs for 2:57. According to Universal Music Publishing Group's sheet music published at Musicnotes.com, it is played in common time at a tempo of 157 beats per minute in the key of D major. The vocals extend from a low note of A4 to a high of B5.
In a 1983 interview, Bono indicated that the song was the source of controversy due to misinterpretation of the verse "I believe in a third World War / I believe in the atomic bomb / I believe in the powers that be / But they won’t overpower me" by fans who questioned his motives. The singer explained that "all I was saying was that the realities of the bomb must be faced."
The Creators is a non-fiction work of cultural history by Daniel Boorstin published in 1992 and is the second volume in what has become known as the Knowledge Trilogy. It was preceded by The Discoverers and succeeded by The Seekers.
The Creators, subtitled A History of Heroes of the Imagination, is the story of mankind's creativity. It highlights great works of art, music and literature but it is more than a recitation or list. It is a book of ideas and the people behind those ideas. It encompasses architecture, music, literature, painting, sculpture, the performing arts, theater, religious expression and philosophy. It can be viewed as a companion to The Discoverers which chronicled the history of invention, exploration and technology. The Creators traces the creative process from pre-history Egypt to modern times and like The Discoverers, follows both a topical and chronological structure. Boorstin writes in "A Personal Note to the Reader", "After The Discoverers... "I was more than ever convinced that the pursuit of knowledge is only one path to human fulfillment. This companion book, also a view from the literate West, is a saga of Heroes of the Imagination. While The Discoverers told of the conquest of illusions - the illusion of knowledge - this will be a story of vision (and illusions) newly created..." If The Discoverers is the story of the inventive human mind then The Creators is the story of the searching soul. The work is in twelve major parts that have been grouped into four books.

The Creators Project follows Israeli artist Eyal Gever on his mission to create a sculpture in space. We see how Eyal and his team, in collaboration with a NASA project team, explore what it means to be human through zero gravity and 3D computer technology, and what complications they face in selecting an artistic subject and in actually creating an art piece meant for space. 4/12/16 In an important paradigm shift around 1960, urban planning was undertaken at a very large scale in response to the challenges of rapidly growing cities. At the same time, traffic planning began to dominate planning at eye level, to address the rapid influx of cars into cities. The concern for the people using cities that had been maintained over centuries of tradition and experience was completely left behind. The idea of "cities for people" was overlooked and forgotten. In his lecture, Jan Gehl will summarize this history, which is laid out in his book Cities for People (Island Press, 2010), and go on to explain why looking after people is crucial for the quality of cities in the 21st century; how it can be accomplished; and how it is actually done now in many projects and cities...

“One of the essential challenges of design is establishing spatial, commercial, conceptual, or ideological coherences in the cacophony of contemporary experience. But if each coherence requires a battle for attention, are we winning or losing? Are we making things better or aggravating the very conditions we’re trying to alleviate?” Michael Rock is a design writer and founding partner of 2×4, a multi-disciplinary design consultancy that works with cultural and commercial clients such as Prada, Nike, Apple, and OMA/AMO from its offices in New York, Madrid, and Beijing.

The periods of the American Revolution and the Civil War remain topics of pride and contention, subjects of popular writing, and inspiration for costumed performance. In 18th-century garments at Colonial Williamsburg and in 19th-century uniforms on Civil War battlefields, modern Americans celebrate the nation's history, and at the same time take the opportunity to air their political and cultural opinions while exploring significant aspects of their identities. Their costumes, differing from their daily dress, help them fulfill personal desires while they join with others in collective public performance. Don't worry darling
That's not forever in my eyes
Just want to hold you for a while
Nobody knows how it will go
Spending this night together
I can hardly believe it's true
I can hardly believe it's you
A celebration
Turn it on and let it fly away
And let's see what we can do
Oh little darling it's really something
When it's me and when it's you
I'm going to give you everything I have
Until the night is through
Did you ever believe in love?
Did you ever believe in love?
I've got a feeling
I've got a feeling in my heart
We'd be together from the start
Something inside you just cannot hide
Is waiting the time to show it
I can hardly believe it's true
I can hardly believe it's you
A celebration
Turn it on and let it fly away
And let's see what we can do
Oh little darling ain't you something
When it's me and when it's you
I'm going to give you everything I have
Until this night is through
Did you ever believe in love?
Did you ever believe in love?
Well this is it
Something inside you just cannot hide
Is waiting the time to show it
And I can hardly believe it's true
I can hardly believe it's you
A celebration
