    A new FCC report falsely claims that repealing is paying huge dividends when it comes to sector investment and competition. The data used to “prove” this claim comes from before took office and doesn’t support that conclusion.

    This is getting silly. Cable companies lived in "fear" of rate regulation that never happened, and enforcements under rules they say they'd follow? Yet they invested 26 percent more (in Comcast's case) than the two years prior to the 2015 vote. Some fear?

    Ah, good thing this isn't under oath, NECTA. Better see if your lawyer approves. Charter's commitments and Comcast's are not "new" or "additional." They are spending at the same levels they did under and the repealed rules.
