The only way a pregnant minor in ORR custody can obtain an abortion is if Scott Lloyd personally approves it. He hasn’t approved a single one.

Q: Can students be punished for using megaphones in a park on school property? A: If on school property, yes you can be punished since it might be considered "disruption." If not school property, there still may be other rules.

Q: Can students be refused from entering a school after a walkout? A: Keeping you from going back into a school sounds like a suspension so the same rules apply as those where the school can't punish you more for protesting than they would for other reasons.

Schools can discipline you for missing class. They can't punish you with a harsher punishment for protesting than for another reason. If your school does that, the ACLU wants to hear from you.
