THEY JUST DON’T GET IT!

We have arrived at a time in the history of this nation, 223 years from the ratification of the documents that formed our Republic to find the words of Benjamin Franklin to hold true; when asked the type of government that was agreed upon he said, “A Republic if you can keep it.” That was his warning that there are those who cannot be trusted with power, those who will abuse any power over men. Those who will manipulate and seize power never intended by WE THE PEOPLE who granted a limited power to men and women who we hired through an election process to take care of the affairs of OUR COUNTRY, OUR RIGHTS AND FREEDOM!! Those hired through our election process were hired with a defined job description and swore an oath to follow that job description. Nowhere did we allow any violations of their limits or any modification to the oath of office they freely took.

Today the government that occupies positions of authority granted by, “ WE THE PEOPLE”, does not resemble anything that was created over two hundred years ago. The freedom granted to us by God and we guaranteed and protected for ourselves with a constitution and bill of rights has come under an assault not by an enemy from without but a insidious calculating enemy from within that has as it goal the total subjugation of the people of these United States of America and the transformation of a free enterprise system to a socialist totalitarian tyranny..

Over the last 100 years those who have been granted power by “WE THE PEOPLE” have tried to slowly cooked our freedom and God given rights out of our daily lives and have attempted to create a dumbed down population that is ignorant of the constitutional rights we instituted for our freedom and prosperity; this out of control government has increased its power by creating a government dependent population through governmental largeness that has subverted the freedom of all citizens.

Public welfare, health and safety is one of the arguments used in the creation of entitlement programs never intended nor allowed to exist in a free Republic and the founders recognized and realized that when a government possess that type of power over the people, tyrannical totalitarianism would rapidly follow.

The assault on our freedom over the last one hundred years has been slow and calculated similarly to loading straw on a camels back, You can load only so much before you have overloaded the camel and finally with only one straw it breaks the camels back. This is where we find ourselves today. The march to a totalitarian state has been piling upon the free peoples backs of this country so long only two things can happen, the will of the people to retain their freedom is broken or the “I just cant take it any more” response will kick in and the burden of tyranny will be thrown off as was done during the creation of the United States of America.

For hundreds of years the citizens have proven over and over we are willing to fight and risk death to retain a freedom unique in the known history of the world. To preserve this form of government, “Of The People, By The People and For The People” many paid the ultimate price.

We are witnessing today, the final assault on our freedom . Those who would have our freedom have taken power through lies, deception and voter fraud with the valuable assistance of a socialist criminal organization know as ACORN and it subsidiaries enabled through the support of a socialist promoting media and government.

The 9-12 Patriotic March to our nations capital to voice our anger over an elected government that has ignored the limits placed upon them by the very documents they swore an oath to uphold is but the biggest to date of a series of events in a timeline of our countries current history that will be recognized in future generations as a critical event in the retention of our liberty.

The documents that were put in place during the formation of our great Republic were to define governmental limits and power not restrictions upon the people that created this free Republic.

The debate for example over health care reform. The socialist have convinced everyone that the system is broken and that the only way to fix it is total government control. The Marxist influence has been so successful that even the conservative small government constitutionalist are buying into the lie that health care must be reformed by government but the republican say with a lesser degree of government control, but government control none the less.

Truth is this so called health care crisis was 100% caused by government intervention and regulation to begin with and now that it has been shown to be a total failure the government in power wants us to accept the lie that government can fix it through more government control and intervention. More government intervention and control will only make it worse!!! The only thing that needs to be reformed is government. “WE THE PEOPLE” must insist that government return to the limits place upon them by our constitution and get out of the regulation of an industry they have no constitutional authority to be in in the first place.

“WE THE PEOPLE” have taken to the streets to exercise one of our protected rights called the FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE CONSTITUTION to demand a redress of grievances. Our elected government has pushed us to this point through marginalizing our protests. This is eerily similar to how the colonialist were treated by King George III of England. Does our government think the freedom loving people of this country will just step in line at the crack of a governmental whip? Someone in our leadership better wake up and smell the coffee as we will not go quietly into the night, a night of tyrannical rule, We are determined and have the will to retain our birth right, A birth right of LIBERTY, one paid for by our Fathers, Mothers, Sons and Daughter with their blood and fortunes. We owe those dead as big a commitment to the preservation of our liberty as they made to our obtaining it.

545 People vs 300,000,000

Politicians are the only people in the world who create problems and then campaign against them.

Have you ever wondered why, if both the Democrats and the Republicans are against deficits, we have deficits?

Have you ever wondered why, if all the politicians are against inflation and high taxes, we have inflation and high taxes?

You and I don't propose a federal budget. The president does.

You and I don't have the Constitutional authority to vote on appropriations. The House of Representatives does.

You and I don't write the tax code, Congress does.

You and I don't set fiscal policy, Congress does.

You and I don't control monetary policy, The Federal Reserve Bank does.

One hundred senators, 435 congressmen, one president and nine Supreme Court justices - 545 human beings out of 300+ million - are directly, legally, morally and individually responsible for the domestic problems that plague this country.

I excluded the members of the Federal Reserve Board because that problem was created by the Congress.

In 1913, Congress delegated its Constitutional duty to provide a sound currency to a federally chartered but private central bank.

In 1913, President Woodrow Wilson approved the Federal Reserve Act. A few years later, he reflected:

"I am a most unhappy man. I have unwittingly ruined my country. A great industrial nation is controlled by its system of credit. Our system of credit is concentrated. The growth of the nation, therefore, and all our activities are in the hands of a few men. We have come to be one of the worst ruled, one of the most completely controlled and dominated governments in the civilized world -- no longer a government by free opinion, no longer a government by conviction and the vote of the majority, but a government by the opinion and duress of a small group of dominant men."

A century before, Thomas Jefferson reflected much the same sentiment:

"If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their currency, first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks....will deprive the people of all property until their children wakeup homeless on the continent their fathers conquered....The issuing power should be taken from the banks and restored to the people, to whom it properly belongs."

I excluded all the special interests and lobbyists for a sound reason. They have no legal authority.

They have no ability to coerce a senator, a congressman or a president to do one cotton-picking thing.

I don't care if they offer a politician $1 million dollars in cash. The politician has the power to accept or reject it. No matter what the lobbyist promises, it is the legislator's responsibility to determine how he votes.

Those 545 human beings spend much of their energy convincing you that what they did is not their fault. They cooperate in this common con regardless of party.

What separates a politician from a normal human being is an excessive amount of gall.

No normal human being would have the gall of a Speaker, who stood up and criticized the President for creating deficits.

The president can only propose a budget.

He cannot force the Congress to accept it.

The Constitution, which is the supreme law of the land, gives sole responsibility to the House of Representatives for originating and approving appropriations and taxes.

Who is the speaker of the House? She is the leader of the majority party. She and fellow House members, not the president, can approve any budget they want. If the president vetoes it, they can pass it over his veto if they agree to.

It seems inconceivable to me that a nation of 300+ million cannot replace 545 people who stand convicted -- by present facts - of incompetence and irresponsibility.

I can't think of a single domestic problem that is not traceable directly to those 545 people.

When you fully grasp the plain truth that 545 people exercise the power of the federal government, then it must follow that what exists is what they want to exist.

If the tax code is unfair, it's because they want it unfair.

If the budget is in the red, it's because they want it in the red.

If the Marines are in IRAQ, it's because they want them in IRAQ.

If they do not receive social security but are on an elite retirement plan not available to the people, it's because they want it that way.

There are no insoluble government problems.

Do not let these 545 people shift the blame to bureaucrats, whom they hire and whose jobs they can abolish; to lobbyists, whose gifts and advice they can reject; to regulators, to whom they give the power to regulate and from whom they can take this power.

Above all, do not let them con you into the belief that there exists disembodied mystical forces like 'the economy,' 'inflation' or 'politics' that prevent them from doing what they take an oath to do.

Those 545 people and they alone, are responsible.

They and they alone, have the power.

They, and they alone, should be held accountable by the people who are their bosses - provided the voters have the gumption to manage their own employees.

We as a law abiding population, “are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable,” but we can suffer no longer. We can no longer remain silent allowing you who would abuse the power granted by, “ WE THE PEOPLE”, to continue your abuse.

You have developed a feeling of empowerment by our silence concerning your abuses, that has encouraged your travel down the path of anti-constitutional behavior, slowly eroding the rights that have been endowed to us by our Creator.

You group of corrupt politicians have chosen to ignore the rule of law, in fact placing yourselves above the law! Calling yourselves lawmakers instead of what you were elected to be; protectors of the rule of law and defenders of the Constitution and Bill of Rights.

You were not placed in positions of power to be our caretakers and our masters! You were placed in office to defend our way of life, not change our way of life. “Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed,”

Government is to collect taxes to operate government and for our common defense NOT to become a burden like the yoke of tyranny imposed upon us by the self serving monarchy we cast off in the creation of this country.

Finally, How can you face yourselves in the mirror everyday knowing you are treating us like livestock, trying to herd us into tyranical pens built by your totalitarian attitude for us and our children?

I, like you know that those in power in this United States of America have ignored their oath of office as well as ignoring the limits placed upon them by our constitution and Bill of Rights. Those in office have assumed a power not granted by “We the People”. The elected show their contempt to those of us who have placed them in a position of trust which is revealed daily by unconstitutional tyrannical actions against our liberty and inalienable rights. We instituted our government and elected a President and Congress to protect our freedom and way of life, to follow the limits placed upon them, not to abolish our inalienable rights and transform our free republic into a totalitarian socialist tyranny.

It is our obligation, our duty, to those who have paid for our freedom, our inalienable rights with their blood and fortunes, to protect and preserve our Constitutional Republic with the same dedication that our founders and the millions that have come before us have done for the millions that will come after us.

We must not fear death in this endeavor as living under the burden of tyrannical rule is a living death.

We find ourselves at a time in history where all that we hold dear must be protected even if the price we must pay is the loss of our own fortunes, the loss of the fulfillment of our own American dreams or the loss of our lives.

It is a sad day when the sacrifice we are forced to make is not against an enemy from without to preserve our way of life but instead from enemies within who have ignored their responsibility as our elected representatives and assumed the power of Kings, Emperors and Tyrannical Dictators intent on the transformation of the citizens of this land into governmental chattel.

In order to be successful in our endeavors to restore our free republic we must reunite and stand up to take whatever action is dictated to us by those who would subject us to their tyrannical agenda.

Appealing first to their sense of the rule of law as described in our Constitution and original Bill of Rights, then through the vote and then through protections “We the People” have established in our founding documents.

I fear those drunk with their assumed power will not capitulate easily to our demands of the restoration of our free Republic. I also fear we, as the founders were, will be declared criminals and traitors by the standing government and the brute force of those in power will be brought to bear on those who protest this unconstitutional attempt to transform our free Republic to a socialist nanny state of their design.

We sit and watch while The likes of our elected sell us down the river of National Bankruptcy.

Are we so spineless, that we feel safe in doing nothing, with the excuse I am too busy to participate in retaining my freedom. Is everyone looking for someone else to fight the fight for them?

So some of us have another TEA Party. That is what they are hoping we do, just another tea party. NO REAL THREAT TO THEIR POWER; no problem tea parties will keep those right wing extreamists occupied while we steal their form of government and replace their freedom with tyranny.

Something substantial needs to be done by brave patriots, such as, "The citizens Grand Juries" Lets bring these violators of their oath of office to court like they are doing to Sarah Palin, lets make business as usual as difficult as possible

We need to raise the call and advise them all to Stop and reverse their attack on our liberty or start to look for a new JOB.

Our elected that vote for, pass and then enforce unconstitutional legislation in violation of the constitutional limits placed upon them and the blatant violation of their oath of office should be prosecuted.

I, [member's name], do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God.

All elected who have take this oath and violated it must be removed from office through our courts and through the force of law. We can not wait till the 2010 elections. We are in a struggle for our freedom. If we wait to act then we do so at the peril of our freedom and inalienable rights, which our elected have shown they do not respect or accept as inalienable.

We cannot wait till 2010.

We must have a venue to bring those who violate their oath of office and trash the limits of the constitution. "Click here; The American Grand Juries", it is the fourth branch of government that has been purposely misrepresented to the citizens of this country for years by those who do not want to have anyone to answer to and want totalitarian rule. We are forming citizen grand juries which are a 5th amendment right to prosecute those who do not follow the rule of law and violate the Constitution and bill of rights. We are also working to make a change to the foundation that the federal government is being allowed to operate on to do what they have assumed they can do to cut their legs off by making the states take back the powers that were protected by the 9th and 10th amendment to the States and limit the federal government under the terms of the constitution.

We protest unconstitutional government legislation and government action.
We demand the return to constitutional limits.
States must restore their rights under Tenth Amendment and reduce federal government size and growth.


Amendment IX

The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.

Amendment X

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

A (short) parable for our times

Once upon a time, I was invited to the White House for a private dinner with the President. I am a respected businessman, with a factory that produces memory chips for computers and portable electronics. There was some talk that my industry was being scrutinized by the administration, but I paid it no mind. I live in a free country. There's nothing that the government can do to me if I've broken no laws. My wealth was earned honestly, and an invitation to dinner with an American President is an honor.

I checked my coat, was greeted by the Chief of Staff, and joined the President in a yellow dining room. We sat across from each other at a table draped in white linen. The Great Seal was embossed on the china. Uniformed staff served our dinner.

The meal was served, and I was startled when my waiter suddenly reached out, plucked a dinner roll off my plate, and began nibbling it as he walked back to the kitchen.

"Sorry about that," said the President. "Andrew is very hungry."

"I don't appreciate..." I began, but as I looked into the calm brown eyes across from me, I felt immediately guilty and petty. It was just a dinner roll. "Of course," I concluded, and reached for my glass. Before I could, however, another waiter reached forward, took the glass away and swallowed the wine in a single gulp.

"And his brother Eric is very thirsty." said the President.

I didn't say anything. The President is testing my compassion, I thought. I will play along. I don't want to seem unkind.

My plate was whisked away before I had tasted a bite.

"Eric's children are also quite hungry." With a lurch, I crashed to the floor. My chair had been pulled out from under me. I stood, brushing myself off angrily, and watched as it was carried from the room.

"And their grandmother can't stand for long."

I excused myself, smiling outwardly, but inside feeling like a fool. Obviously I had been invited to the White House to be sport for some game. I reached for my coat, to find that it had been taken. I turned back to the President.

Their grandfather doesn't like the cold."

I wanted to shout- that was my coat! But again, I looked at the placid smiling face of my host and decided I was being a poor sport. I spread my hands helplessly and chuckled. Then I felt my hip pocket and realized my wallet was gone. I excused myself and walked to a phone on an elegant side table. I learned shortly that my credit cards had been maxed out, my bank accounts emptied, my retirement and equity portfolios had vanished, and my wife had been thrown out of our home. Apparently, the waiters and their families were moving in. The President hadn't moved or spoken as I learned all this, but finally I lowered the phone into its cradle and turned to face him.

"Andrew's whole family has made bad financial decisions. They haven't planned for retirement, and they need a house. They recently defaulted on a sub-prime mortgage. I told them they could have your home. They need it more than you do."

My hands were shaking. I felt faint. I stumbled back to the table and knelt on the floor. The President cheerfully cut his meat, ate his steak and drank his wine. I lowered my eyes and stared at the small grey circles on the tablecloth that were water drops.

"By the way," He added, "I have just signed an Executive Order nationalizing your factories. I'm firing you as head of your business. I'll be operating the firm now for the benefit of all mankind. There's a whole bunch of Erics and Andrews out there and they can't come to you for jobs groveling like beggars."

I looked up. The President dropped his spoon into the empty ramekin which had been his Creme Brulee. He drained the last drops of his wine. As the table was cleared, he lit a cigarette and leaned back in his chair. He stared at me. I clung to the edge of the table as if were a ledge and I were a man hanging over an abyss. I thought of the years behind me, of the life I had lived. The life I had earned with a lifetime of work, risk and struggle. Why was I punished? How had I allowed it to be taken? What game had I played and lost? I looked across the table and noticed with some surprise that there was no game board between us.

What had I done wrong?

As if answering the unspoken thought, the President suddenly cocked his head, locked his empty eyes to mine, and bared a million teeth, chuckling wryly as he folded his hands.

"You should have stopped me at the dinner roll," he said.


THIS IS SOMETHING TO REVERE; WOULD WE BE WILLING TO DO THE SAME TODAY?

Have you ever wondered what happened to the 56 men who signed the Declaration of Independence?

Five signers were captured by the British as traitors, and tortured before they died.

Twelve had their homes ransacked and burned. Two lost their sons serving in the Revolutionary Army; another had two sons captured.

Nine of the 56 fought and died from wounds or hardships of the Revolutionary War.

They signed and they pledged their lives, their fortunes, and their sacred honor.

What kind of men were they?

Twenty-four were lawyers and jurists. Eleven were merchants, nine were farmers and large plantation owners; men of means, well educated, but they signed the Declaration of Independence knowing full well that the penalty would be death if they were captured. Carter Braxton of Virginia, a wealthy planter and trader, saw his ships swept from the seas by the British Navy. He sold his home and properties to pay his debts, and died in rags.

Thomas McKeam was so hounded by the British that he was forced to move his family almost constantly. He served in the Congress without pay, and his family was kept in hiding. His possessions were taken from him, and poverty was his reward.

Vandals or soldiers looted the properties of Dillery, Hall, Clymer, Walton, Gwinnett, Heyward, Ruttledge, and Middleton.

At the battle of Yorktown , Thomas Nelson, Jr., noted that the British General Cornwallis had taken over the Nelson home for his headquarters. He quietly urged General George Washington to open fire. The home was destroyed, and Nelson died bankrupt.

Francis Lewis had his home and properties destroyed. The enemy jailed his wife, and she died within a few months.

John Hart was driven from his wife's bedside as she was dying. Their 13 children fled for their lives. His fields and his gristmill were laid to waste. For more than a year he lived in forests and caves, returning home to find his wife dead and his children vanished. So, take a few minutes while enjoying your 4th of July holiday and silently thank these patriots. It's not much to ask for the price they paid.

Remember: freedom is never free!

I hope you will show your support by sending this to as many people as you can, please. It's time we get the word out that patriotism is NOT a sin, and the Fourth of July has more to it than beer, picnics, and baseball games.

My answer;

if it means the freedom of our children, no sacrafice is too great!


I believe that concentrating on specific out of control government programs and spending like cap and Trade and NHC is like dealing with only the bullets that are fired from a gun. You will never be able to stop those things. What needs to be done is stop the person holding the gun. If we concentrate on voting out the out of control individuals in government that have violated their oath of office; replacing them with individuals that will abide by the limits of our Constitution and their oath of office to protect our liberty and unalienable rights; all the socialist programs and spending instituted by those currently in office that participate in this abuse of power can and will be reversed.

We can not and must not look at the problem as a government problem as our basic model of a constitutional republic form of government works. What doesn’t work is the out of control individuals that staff those positions of power, We the People, entrusted to them by electing them to office.

I am not of the belief that suing the gun manufactures or the ammunition manufactures will stop violent crime. The problem is not with the gun or bullets it is with the criminals. Same applies with our government it is not the specific programs or policies, it is with the people pulling the trigger on these unconstitutional government programs. Stopping them and replacing them is the only way we can win this battle to regain our Freedom.

For years the silent majority have been so busy working and being productive citizens of this country that the abuses of a government acting outside the limits imposed by the Constitution was viewed as sufferable, not acceptable but sufferable. Additionally, although our unalienable rights were being violated and trampled we bit our lips with a, “well you can’t fight city hall mentality.” to excuse our inaction. Then the abuse began to escalate like never before in history, a blitzkrieg of out of control spending, irresponsible programs to grab power never authorized by any rule of law and specifically forbidden by WE THE PEOPLE in the Constitution. A government not working for the protection of our liberty and way of life! BUT! A government intent of CHANGING our way of life and freedom. A government ignoring the very documents that established our country, freedom and the quality of life we enjoy, violating everything about the oath of office they took; Showing very little distinction between an invader intent on the destruction of our freedom and accomplishing the transformation to a totalitarian regime and our elected government, destroying all that we have fought and died for and have held dear for over 200 years.

Now the sufferable has become the insufferable!

After the December 7th, 1941 Attack on Pearl Harbor, Admiral Yamamoto said, “ I fear all we have done is awaken a slumbering Giant." I think it has become abundantly clear by the frequency and attendance of these TEA party rallies that the unprecedented abuses of power by our elected government has awakened a slumbering giant, The free people of these United States of America.

I am one of the organizers and am the permit holder for the 4th of July Independence Day TEA Party. Like many Supporters of the Tea Party movement I have been working to have a redress of grievances with our government long before Rick Santali’s rant about it is time for another tea party and then Glen Becks response to Rick Santali’s rant. The movement was born and has taken on a life of its own mostly because millions of us are at the end of our rope and a little national media attention was all it took to mobilize the conservative population under a common banner. In my opinion, there is no one that owns the agenda of this movement; it encompasses many different people with numerous issues. All issues that relate to what should be a Free Constitutional Republic has value and merit to those who hold them, but there is only one common thread to this movement and it is not health care, it is not cap and trade, it is not government bail out and many other unconstitutional government programs and issues. It is about un-Constitutional government, it is about Freedom not freedoms, Ronald Regan said, “Freedom is not divisible you either have it or you do not!” I agree with his assessment. We need to accept that there are many issues in why many are stepping up to the plate to challenge an un-constitutional government and we need not alienate any supporters by marginalizing their issues and concerns as those issues will resolve themselves if we are able to bring this government back to the limits placed upon them by our Constitution and eliminate the government attitude that it can fold, bend and mutilate the document that limits their governmental activities. WE also need to remember that this is not really about our government as the government the founders of this country put in place is not the problem. It is the people who hold office. They are the ones who have violated their oath of office and acted outside the authority granted to them when elected to office. The elected have ignored the limits placed on them to illegally expand their powers. There is little our Local, State and Federal government does that is authorized by the documents “we the people” approved to define authorized governmental actions. We as a population have allowed our government to act outside of the constitutional limits for so long it has embolden them to think they can promote any agenda they please base upon the sole fact they were elected. We are treated like sheep, owned, used or disposed of at governmental pleasure; we are not treated like a free people who instituted a limited government to protect our nation and to protect our unalienable rights and liberty. Now is the time to demand those we elected to follow their job description or face the wrath of those they work for and represent. This will not be easy and it will take all of us to wrestle the power that has been illegally assumed by those who have no respect for the liberty that is our birth right. This is and will be my goal as a citizen for I have now written a blank check to the restoration of this country’s constitutional government, that blank check, will if necessary, include my life.

I don't have a monopoly on this grass roots uprising.

I like you are just a part of the bigger picture; The Liberty of an entire Nation.

In order to retain the FREEDOM that generations have fought and died to preserve, it is going to take millions working together all doing a part, big or small, to make the T.E.A. Party movement a success in reining in an elected government that daily acts like royalty, where the rule of law and the limits imposed on government are defined by their whim and not by the Constitution they took an oath to protect and defend.

I fear the population is viewed with contempt by those we placed in power to protect and defend our way of life, freedom and unalienable rights. The actions of our federal government do not reflect the actions of a government elected by a free people. Our government reflects the actions of a tyrannical elite dictatorship where the people are the subjects and property of government to exploit as they wish and at the point of a government gun.

I am just an average Joe with out any advance degree in government or philosophy to prove to you I know what I am talking about, I don‘t speak multiple languages to prove my brilliance, BUT, You do not have to be a scholar to know when you are being herded into the pens of a Marxist tyranny, You do not have to be a mastermind to know when your freedom is being stolen.

As with any compact, one party does not have a monopoly over its interpretation, nor can one party change it without the consent of the other. Additionally, no one has a moral obligation to obey unconstitutional laws. That's not to say there is not a compelling case for obedience of unconstitutional laws. That compelling case is the brute force of the federal government to coerce obedience, possibly going as far as using its military might to lay waste to a disobedient state and its peoples.

Let our government know, acting outside the limits placed in the Constitution is unacceptable. Taxing the citizens of this country for every breath we take and every mile we walk or drive will no longer be tolerated. The elected government is not our masters; they were elected to defend our way of life, a life of liberty and independence, not servitude and submission. Let it be known on the 4th of July that we are putting the elected on notice, “you are not our Kings and Queens! Our money is not your money; you are not entitled to our sweat and labor beyond the operation of the government and the national defense. Do not treat us with contempt! This is your wake up call, the slumbering giant often referred to as the Silent Majority will no longer remain silent. Do what you were elected to do and restore the limits we placed upon you. The American population is a tolerant one but our tolerance is being pushed beyond the breaking point.

The only time a tyrannical government has maintained power is when a population has been disarmed and a government has tamed those populations though the threats of death and imprisonment. During the 20th century tyrannical government caused the death of over 170 million people. Are we in the USA to be next?

We do not need to throw off our government as we did when this country was under the tyrannical yoke of King George III. What we need to do is recapture our government from the tyrannical grasp of an ever increasing Marxist presence and attempted take over and elimination of the most unique principles any country was ever founded upon. There has not and never has been a precedence like the United States of America. We do not need European examples of conduct to guide the destiny of this shinning light on the hill the most free Republic the world has ever known. The world populations with few exceptions view the United States of America as the most desirable place in the world to live based upon the freedom we enjoy. We can not sit idly by while an enemy within subverts the freedom we have grown to love and expect. It is past time, but not to late, to rekindle the foundation of freedom we have earned with the blood of our forefathers.


We the people peaceably assemble and demand, Our elected government give redress to the following grievances.


  • Fulfill your oath of office and follow the limitations placed upon you in the Constitution.
  • Stop all programs and government giveaways, earmarks and grants that are not specifically authorized by the Constitution.
  • Stop forcing us at the point of a gun to finance special interest government giveaway programs to enrich yourselves and your special interest supporters to the detriment of the tax paying citizens of this United States of America.
  • Constitutionally restrain the despotic judiciary through the use of the impeachment proceedings provided in our Constitution from legislating from the bench and undermining the rights of the free citizens of this free Republic.

These energy policies have directly caused the death of American Citizens from exposure to extremes in weather as our Congress et al has made heating and cooling resources to expensive for our poor and elderly. Giving government a justifiable reason to further restrict our rights and create more government control and rationalized need to raise taxes to help those they have insidiously hurt through power manipulating energy policies.

On May 20th, a list of the names of over thirty-one thousand scientists who refute global warming was released. Thirty-one thousand of which 9,000 are Ph.D's. Think about that. Thirty-one thousand. That dwarfs the supposed 2,500 scientists on the UN panel. In the past year, five hundred of scientists have issued public statements challenging global warming.

  • If you make over $153,542 dollars year you are part the 5% that pays 60 percent of all income taxes, the middle class, income from $31,987 to $153,541 year pay only 36.87 percent of income taxes, while the bottom 50 percent of wage earners pay only 2.99 percent of income taxes, yet the liars in our government want you to believe the rich are screwing the poor and working class with the Republicans help.

    To top it all off Local, State and Federal governments tax Business on retained income like that business belonged to the government, taking from hard working Americans and taking it to build bridges to nowhere and libraries with Senators and Governors names attached etc., as sort of an egotistical monument in their memory and honor


    Government At Its Worst

    Following is an excert from an article by Chuck Colson

    This paralysis was predicted some 40 years ago by French theologian Jacques Ellul.
    Ellul foresaw the Information Age and the medias need for a steady flow of information to feed the populace. Media would, therefore, gravitate to covering centers of power. Politicians would be willing accomplices,because they would gain fame and clout. All this happened, and created what Ellul predicted: the idea that every problem has a political solution. This, he warned, would lead to increasing dependence on the state. The result: programs piled upon programs, agencies upon agencies, and the whole structure of government become so unwieldy it could hardly function. We would end up mired in bureaucratic gridlock. Meanwhile, the intermediate structures of society—church and civic groups, which are absolutely essential to prevent an all-powerful government from taking over begin to wither away. Government becomes increasingly intrusive, and a form of paralysis sets in. Private initiative is destroyed.

    This is not a call to arms, it is a demand for our rights and freedom and constitutional limits to be restored, the despotic judiciary to be restrained, and this free Republic and it citizens to be treated like we have a government for and by the people where the power and actions of government are conducted within the restrictions that were accepted by our elected when they took the oath of office.

    Please do not make the force of arms our only choice.

    Homeland Security Warns of Rise in Right-Wing Extremism

    An intelligence assessment released to law enforcement last week claims news of recession, the election of an African American president, rumors of new gun restrictions and the inability of veterans to reintegrate create fertile ground for radicalizing and recruiting right-wing extremists.

    This is not a rise of right wing extremism, this is a population reaching the end of the rope concerning a government that is beyond representing the interest of the people and instead represent the interest of a growing government created welfare state with a Marxist Socialist agenda
