The Ordinary an album by husband and wife duo Dividing the Plunder (Justin & Tasha Golden). They released it independently in 2003. They were aided by the talents of Steve Mason (Jars of Clay) and Matt Slocum (Sixpence None the Richer). Shortly after releasing this album the duo changed their name to Ellery.

Skin

Skin is the soft outer covering of vertebrates. Other animal coverings such as the arthropod exoskeleton have different developmental origin, structure and chemical composition. The adjective cutaneous means "of the skin" (from Latin cutis, skin). In mammals, the skin is an organ of the integumentary system made up of multiple layers of ectodermal tissue, and guards the underlying muscles, bones, ligaments and internal organs. Skin of a different nature exists in amphibians, reptiles, and birds. All mammals have some hair on their skin, even marine mammals like whales, dolphins, and porpoises which appear to be hairless. The skin interfaces with the environment and is the first line of defense from external factors. For example, the skin plays a key role in protecting the body against pathogens and excessive water loss. Its other functions are insulation, temperature regulation, sensation, and the production of vitamin D folates. Severely damaged skin may heal by forming scar tissue. This is sometimes discoloured and depigmented. The thickness of skin also varies from location to location on an organism. In humans for example, the skin located under the eyes and around the eyelids is the thinnest skin in the body at 0.5 mm thick, and is one of the first areas to show signs of aging such as "crows feet" and wrinkles. The skin on the palms and the soles of the feet is 4 mm thick and the back is 14 mm thick and is the thickest skin in the body. The speed and quality of wound healing in skin is promoted by the reception of estrogen.

Mix well. Add cherry tomatoes and mix to coat. Add cherry tomatoes to baking sheet lined with parmchment paper. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes then remove from oven. Add salmon to baking sheet and season with salt and pepper. Put baking pan back into oven and bake for another 10 minutes until salmon is done. Roasted Asparagus 1 bunch asparagus 1 cup arugula ¼ cup shaved parmesan 1 wedge lemon Olive oil Salt & pepper To prepare asparagus, bend and let it snap where the stalk is tough. Clean and dry. Spread asparagus on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and drizzle 1 tbsp olive oil. Season with salt & pepper and mix to coat each stalk of asparagus. Roast in oven at 450 degrees for 10-15 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven and transfer to platter. Dress with arugula and shaved parmesan on top. Drizzle olive oil over the arugula and squeeze lemon when ready to serve. I have always been curious about the 10-step korean skincare routine, so I tried it for an entire month to see how it was & if there were any noticeable benefits! I tried a oil cleanser, water-based cleanser, scrub, toner, essence, moisturizer, eye cream, night serum, and SPF every day and night for 31 days to see if they live up to the hype! To clarify, I stopped using the sheet masks after the first week and I used the scrub 3-4 times a week! So I guess it was more like ~450 applications a month.
