  2. And yes, I’m the alcoholic he did that to. I have always been open in a personal capacity about my alcoholism, but thanks to Loki it is on the first page if you google me. That was not at my discretion.

  3. It’s not just a case of playing fast and loose with someone’s anonymity. It’s playing fast & loose with someone’s sobriety & mental health. It’s seriously unacceptable behaviour. It’s something he has never apologised for. So no. He is not a man of principle.

  4. If someone attends AA meetings they should be able to do so knowing their anonymity is sacrosanct. If they choose to be open about their alcoholism that should be at their discretion & not “the” Scottish rappers discretion.

  5. I’m sorry. I don’t think Darren Loki McGarvey is a principled man at all. I think anyone who ignores the yellow card - “who you see here, what you hear here, let it stay here” - & breaks someone’s anonymity on a public forum is bad news.

  6. Wanting an independent Scotland is about the only thing me & Brian Souter have in common. Well, that & the fact we’re both quite camp.

Full disclosure by the way, I have met Mhairi in real life (or irl as the cool tweeters say) & can confirm her patter is shite in the real world, which is another good reason to only follow her on Twitter 🤣

I mean she’s pro Indy through & through, but perhaps the fact that she’s a local councillor makes her better at stepping back & better analysing situations. Either way, if you want a funny & good litmus test of Scottish politics, follow Mhairi 👍🏻

The quoted tweet there shows (in my opinion) that she has great level-headed insight to Scottish politics. She is more able than most (myself certainly) to take a step back & view Scottish politics with a partisan eye.

See if your interest in Scotland’s politics is even just fleeting, or perhaps you wonder about how Scotland might impact Brexit - or you just want insight into politics at ground level in Glasgow. Follow

Tech Twit Pals: My Wordpress blog has been hijacked by a company who say they own the domain & want money for me to buy it back. Questions: What happened? Has my site gone forever? Is it recoverable? If I buy the domain, do I get my website back? Advice gratefully received!

In all seriousness though - I was quite thorough about checking the bagging allowance on your website & it’s obviously intentionally vague. I’m not particularly thick & still got caught out. Youse should be wearing masks ya snide fuckers.
