Clarence Geldart (June 9, 1867 – May 13, 1935), was an American film actor. He appeared in 127 films between 1915 and 1936. He is sometimes credited as Charles H. Geldart.
He was born in New Brunswick, Canada, and died in Calabasas, California.
Sir Charles Spencer "Charlie" Chaplin, KBE (16 April 1889 – 25 December 1977) was an English comic actor, filmmaker, and composer who rose to fame in the silent era. Chaplin became a worldwide icon through his screen persona "the Tramp" and is considered one of the most important figures in the history of the film industry. His career spanned more than 75 years, from childhood in the Victorian era until a year before his death in 1977, and encompassed both adulation and controversy.
Chaplin's childhood in London was one of poverty and hardship. As his father was absent and his mother struggled financially, he was sent to a workhouse twice before the age of nine. When he was 14, his mother was committed to a mental asylum. Chaplin began performing at an early age, touring music halls and later working as a stage actor and comedian. At 19 he was signed to the prestigious Fred Karno company, which took him to America. Chaplin was scouted for the film industry, and began appearing in 1914 for Keystone Studios. He soon developed the Tramp persona and formed a large fan base. Chaplin directed his own films from an early stage, and continued to hone his craft as he moved to the Essanay, Mutual, and First National corporations. By 1918, he was one of the best known figures in the world.

Edna Purviance (/ˈɛdnə pərˈvaɪəns/; October 21, 1895 – January 11, 1958) was an American actress during the silent movie era. She was the leading lady in many of Charlie Chaplin's early films and in a span of eight years, she appeared in over 30 films with him.
Olga Edna Purviance was born in Paradise Valley, Nevada, to Louis and Madison Gates Purviance. When she was three, the family moved to Lovelock, Nevada, where they assumed ownership of a hotel. Her parents divorced in 1902, and her mother later married Robert Nurnberger, a German plumber. Growing up, Purviance was a talented pianist.
She left Lovelock in 1913, and attended business college in San Francisco.
In 1915, Purviance was working as a secretary in San Francisco when actor and director Charlie Chaplin was working on his second film with Essanay Studios, working out of Niles, California, one hour southeast of San Francisco, in Southern Alameda County. He was looking for a leading lady for A Night Out. One of his associates noticed Purviance at a Tate's Café in San Francisco and thought she should be cast in the role. Chaplin arranged a meeting with her and, although he was concerned that she might be too serious for comedic roles, she won the job.
A Woman was Charlie Chaplin's ninth film for Essanay Films. It was made in Los Angeles at the Majestic Studio and released in 1915. The film starts with Chaplin meeting Edna (Edna Purviance) and her parents in a park; the mother is played by Marta Golden and the father by Charles Insley. In this film, Chaplin dresses as a woman to fool Edna's father. It was the third and last time Chaplin played the role of a woman on film. He played a woman in two Keystone films: The Masquerader and A Busy Day.

Another crazy animation. Storyline: On 27th February 2011, Prince Harry left a Chelsea nightclub via a side garage. As Harry was driven out of the side garage by royal police, their vehicle collided with a photographer, Tony, breaking his leg badly, then drove off at a ridiculously speed. Whilst bored, I thought I'd reconstruct the incident in animation. ** The actions in this video do not necessarily reflect on the actions that took place that day, this is for entertainment purposes only **

Only the eventual title of the album, the literal Sailing, Love & Food was decided upon once Will set foot back into the city and the maelstrom of everyday life. It was the weirdest thing, recalls Will. I wrote and recorded the album before I ever knew I would take the TransparentSea voyage. Every song on the album is either about sailing, love or food or a combination. Of course there are a few other topics, but these themes forced their way through. So for me the adventure was truly one of those meant-to-be things that made me more aware of the fact my art follows life, and vice versa. Sailing, Love and Food was recorded over eight days at Retrophonics Studios in Crescent Beach, Florida and produced by Jim Devito (Tom Petty, Donavon Frankenreiter, William Nowik, John Sayles, Roy Clark...
