Hey y’all! The other night I made a light trigger video and an “ear attention” video. I wanted to publish one and save the other for a rainy day, so I polled my Patreon patrons and asked which I should publish first. The light video won by just a couple votes, so here it is! I did a bit of borrowing in this video—I love the way that Paul Artwork tells the viewer how sensitive they are in his light videos, so I incorporated that, and I’ve been listening to a lot of WhisperCrystal lately, so a few “mhmm”s snuck in too.

Light therapy: My personal review how light therapy reset my biological clock: NO MORE INSOMNIA. Please look below for links in US, UK, & Canada.
I have always had problems going to sleep. There were nights I would toss and turn, count sheep, take melatonin, count backwards, say affirmations that im getting sleepy, watching YouTube hypnosis & relaxation videos, drinking warm milk before bed, read- sometimes this helped, etc.. None of it really worked. I have consistently laid in bed for 2-5 hours a night trying to go to sleep. Then I wake up sleepy and groggy with feelings of morning fogginess. Well, since I decided to jump into this so called light therapy, I am finally able fall asleep within 30 minutes of laying in bed. Sometimes it takes me less than 10 minutes. I give credit to light therapy and I hope it works for you. You will feel so amazing and alert in the mornings.
Most people use light therapy if they suffer from SAD depression, but not many people use it to reset their biological clock. If you have insomnia, try this, give yourself at least a few months. I wish I had known about this when i was in freakin middle or high school. I would have passed with flying colors!!!

Update 11/2012: Since i have had great success with light therapy I am all into these lights now. I purchased a new one called Day-Light Sky and it works great in the bedroom. I put it on my night stand and let it kind of hoover over me when its time to wake up. I will lay there with my eyes closed until the light starts to wake me up. I got my mother one too and she tells her friends about it. Its a great feeling to see my mother so active and positive in the morning now. The only thing is that's is quite expensive, but in the end they all work well.

Light therapy or phototherapy (classically referred to as heliotherapy) consists of exposure to daylight or to specific wavelengths of light using lasers, light-emitting diodes, fluorescent lamps, dichroic lamps or very bright, full-spectrum light, usually controlled with various devices. The light is administered for a prescribed amount of time and, in some cases, at a specific time of day.
Common use of the term is associated with the treatment of skin disorders (chiefly psoriasis), sleep disorder and some psychiatric disorders. Light therapy directed at the skin is also used to treat acne vulgaris, eczema and neonatal jaundice. Light therapy which strikes the retina of the eyes is used to treat circadian rhythm disorders such as delayed sleep phase syndrome and can also be used to treat seasonal affective disorder, with some support for its use also with non-seasonal psychiatric disorders.
Other medical applications of light therapy also include pain management, accelerated wound healing, hair growth, improvement in blood properties and blood circulation, and sinus-related diseases and disorders. Many of these use low level laser therapy and red light therapy in the 620–660 nm range.

I have always had problems going to sleep. There were nights I would toss and turn, count sheep, take melatonin, count backwards, say affirmations that im getting sleepy, watching YouTube hypnosis & relaxation videos, drinking warm milk before bed, read- sometimes this helped, etc.. None of it really worked. I have consistently laid in bed for 2-5 hours a night trying to go to sleep. Then I wake up sleepy and groggy with feelings of morning fogginess. Well, since I decided to jump into this so called light therapy, I am finally able fall asleep within 30 minutes of laying in bed. Sometimes it takes me less than 10 minutes. I give credit to light therapy and I hope it works for you. You will feel so amazing and alert in the mornings.
Most people use light therapy if they suffer from SAD depression, but not many people use it to reset their biological clock. If you have insomnia, try this, give yourself at least a few months. I wish I had known about this when i was in freakin middle or high school. I would have passed with flying colors!!!

Update 11/2012: Since i have had great success with light therapy I am all into these lights now. I purchased a new one called Day-Light Sky and it works great in the bedroom. I put it on my night stand and let it kind of hoover over me when its time to wake up. I will lay there with my eyes closed until the light starts to wake me up. I got my mother one too and she tells her friends about it. Its a great feeling to see my mother so active and positive in the morning now. The only thing is that's is quite expensive, but in the end they all work well.

"I've always been interested in how various colors are tied into our psyche and, more importantly, how they affect us on the physical and emotional levels," says Venier. Leanne Venier was a mechanical engineer designing submarines until a lifelong passion for healing and knowledge about consciousness drew her to the healing arts. This journey took her to Italy for seven years and back to the United States for advanced training as an acupuncturist and shiatsu practitioner. Six years ago, Venier started painting and left her healing practice to begin working as a professional artist. It is from this diverse background that Venier presents data gathered from 70 years of scientific research into the healing effects of color, light frequencies, and art.
Venier has exhibited her artwork and lectured at major medical centers on the healing effects of color and light frequencies and their role in medicine. Her artwork has won numerous awards and been featured in many magazines around the world.
