Give Phil Galea, wrongly jailed under the Anti Terror Laws, his day in court

This petition had 1,121 supporters

Phil Galea, Australian patriot, was arrested and accused of being a terrorist in August 2016 after he followed and filmed ANTIFA terrorist thugs at their headquarters. The police allege that he had "bomb making materials", but Phil denies this and says he can prove why he had the chemicals for peaceful scientific experiments.

Since then, the police have kept him in solitary confinement lockdown 23 hours a day, with no TV, no internet, and access only to limited paper and pen.

The police continue to try and have Phil declared insane so that they don't have to go to court. Phil refuses.

Each time he has been taken to court the judge has delayed proceedings and sent Phil back to lockup with no chance to present his case before a court of his peers, as is guaranteed by Common Law under our Constitution

Mr Turnbull and Justice Minister Michael Keenan, all Australians have the right to legal recourse in our courts within a "reasonable time". Locking a man away for more than 12 months with no chance to go to court to present his case is unconstitutional and it flies in the face of our laws, Common Law, and our freedoms.

As an Australian citizens I demand, as is our right, that the government immediately give Phil Galea his day in court so that he can present his evidence and be judged by his peers.
