Fasting diets help you lose weight but there are downsides too Never take health advice from a biz site... "you might miss out on dinner with your friends" is literally the argument against plus "you may not stick to your diet"...

To come from a diet where I was always thinking about my next meal to sometimes forgetting to eat because I am just not hungry is a miracle (I never eat under 1200kcal a day).
