Love for stray dogs should not be limited to feeding them & letting them terrorise others. Take them home, treat them like your children inside the four walls of your house or let dog catchers take them, is the refrain of victims of stray dog terror in societies like this one...

The child intestines were pulled out. The child had to go through surgery which was unsuccessful.
