    Tomorrow night the whole city is going to come out for a torch lit march through the city at 2 am. 2am is when the fire started in 1904 and 10 000 out of 12 000 inhabitants lost everything. I wonder if the mainstream media journalists are going to call them "racist"...

    I am making a documentary about the great fire of Ålesund. In 1904 almost the entire city was burnt to the ground. Yet the Norwegian people stood strong and managed to rebuild it into one of the most beautiful cities in Europe, despite the cold weather. Inspirational culture!

    You have to watch this! Incredibly inspirational light show and fireworks celebrating how the Norwegian people stood strong and managed to rebuild the city of Ålesund after it was destrpyed by fire in 1904. This is European culture at it's finest. This is your heritage.
