Demo HQ Vandalized

Boone police are still looking for the person who tossed cinderblocks through two big windows at the Watauga County Democratic Headquarters on King Street. It happened in the wee hours of Thursday morning. Witnesses say they saw a lone male running from the scene. Local Democratic chair Sue Sweeting told the Watauga Democrat that she thinks the incident was politically motivated.
