O relatório na CCJ terminou reprovado por 40 a 25, com o governo emplacando o substitutivo por placar de 41 a 24. Considerando que o Jaburu trocou 20 membros ao longo da montagem da Comissão para apreciar a denúncia, então está parelha a coisa em plenário. Assim, durante o curto recesso do Congresso nesta segunda quinzena de julho, observamos as manobras de aproximação e afastamento entre Michel Temer e o deputado federal Rodrigo Maia (DEM/RJ). Simultaneamente, o racha da direita aumenta, com a base de Temer apontando as baterias contra a Globo e apoiando, tacitamente, a correta ofensiva da Record. No caminho inverso, o ex-secretário de Segurança de Quércia e Fleury Filho, é o alvo permanente da emissora líder. As razões – ou as possíveis motivações – constam de tese desenvolvida por Luis Nassif, a qual este analista corrobora. O alvo simultâneo do telejornalismo em rede nacional, aborda tanto o ex-presidente Lula e a condenação sem provas cabais por Sérgio Moro, como termina fazendo discurso de apoio às leis regressivas e retirada de direitos através da contrarreforma ou restauração burguesa levadas a cabo no Brasil pós-golpe. Lo que se viene aquí en nuestro país es un año por demás complicado, pero con lucha. La votación de la Rendición de Cuentas, convertida en un nuevo Presupuesto, marcará la tónica del año. Será esencial que el movimiento popular esté en la calle, reclamando recursos para la enseñanza, la salud, la vivienda, el trabajo y el reparto de tierras para los pobres del campo. Hay que trascender el reclamo de cada sindicato, de cada uno. Hay que intentar coordinar, aunar esfuerzos en la lucha, unir trabajadores y estudiantes, las luchas de la ciudad y el campo, de ir generando espacios de encuentro en la lucha, en el combate cotidiano, en la búsqueda de respuestas, en la construcción de herramientas colectivas.
Ahí estará nuestra militancia. Ahí estará el Anarquismo organizado. En la construcción de un Pueblo Fuerte, combativo y solidario. La historia es de los que luchan, no de los que aflojan.

O Brasil vive um terremoto político, escancarando a podridão das elites do país e fragilizando ainda mais os laços que as sustentam no poder. A operação orquestrada que possibilitou a gravação entre o presidente Michel Temer e o dono da JBS, maior empresa de carnes do mundo, altera a correlação de forças no país e joga gasolina na crise política e social. Com a instabilidade política, o governo tem mais dificuldade para mobilizar sua base e avançar com as Reformas da Previdência e Trabalhista, os maiores ataques à classe oprimida. Isso não é motivo para se comemorar, não devemos tirar peso destas lutas. Agora é a hora de partir pra cima, massificar as mobilizações com o trancamento das ruas, paralisações rumo à greve geral para barrar os cortes sociais e as reformas. Devemos aprofundar a democracia, mas a democracia direta, onde as/os trabalhadoras/es nos seus locais de trabalho, estudo e moradia decidam o rumo do país. Como o país inteiro sabe, às 19.30 no sítio eletrônico do Jornal O Globo, o colunista Lauro Jardim deu a mãe de todos os furos (ver: http://migre.me/wDFem). Imediatamente a emissora líder entrou de plantão, a nota chegou ao Congresso nacional, as duas sessões (Câmara e Senado) foram suspensas e o Planalto chamou uma reunião de emergência, com a presença dos ministros de confiança do presidente Michel Temer e do presidente da Câmara, Rodrigo Maia (DEM-RJ). Nesta reportagem bombástica, haveria evidência o suficiente para imputar ação criminosa do presidente da República no exercício do cargo, assim como uma compra de “ajuda financeira” para a defesa legal do senador Aécio Neves (PSDB-MG) com lavagem na sequência, através de empresa do também senador tucano e mineiro, Zezé Perrella.
A delação dos irmãos Joesley e Wesley Batista foi uma ação coordenada, com orientação direta da Polícia Federal, com altíssimo critério na produção de provas materiais irrefutáveis e com o estilo e padrão do FBI, a polícia federal dos EUA. Microchips em mochilas contendo dinheiro, notas seriadas e fotografadas, microfones de bolso ou discretos para induzir os alvos a falar, cometendo revelações criminosas. Quem conhece um pouco desse padrão sabe sua origem e a capacidade devastadora no ambiente político.

Globally and in South Africa, the capitalist system is becoming more and more unstable. Over the last period, the responses of the ruling classes in many parts of the world to this growing crisis has been a turn to authoritarianism. This has been done to hold onto power and to increase their control over wealth. Factions within ruling classes, in countries such as South Africa, are also engaged in a battle over shrinking opportunities to accumulate wealth. Competition between factions within ruling classes is, therefore, also intensifying. This too is feeding into an intensification of imperialist rivalries. The consequences are that over the last few months the threat of large scale war globally, as part of a show down between imperialist powers, has become an awful possibility. The only force capable of changing this situation is the working class locally and internationally. Yet to do so, struggles need to come together, new forms appropriate to combating a rampant and growing authoritarian form of neoliberalism are needed; and such struggles need to be infused with a revolutionary progressive politics. While struggles are taking place in different parts of the world, none as yet have come to hold these three ingredients on a large scale. read full story / add a comment

Nos movilizamos trayendo a la memoria la gran huelga general de 1886 por las 8 horas de trabajo en Estados Unidos impulsada por la militancia anarquistas; la ejecución del 11 de noviembre de 1887, tras un juicio farsa, de los líderes obreros libertarios George Engel, Adolf Fischer, Albert Parson y August Spies; la campaña mundial, liderada por la extraordinaria propagandista Lucy Parsons, revindicando la huelga del 1ero de mayo y el ejemplo político de los llamados Mártires de Chicago; y más adelante, la convocatoria en el plural Congreso Obrero y Socialista de 1889, de una jornada mundial de protesta a realizarse en esta misma fecha, por la reducción de las horas de trabajo. Así, recordamos hoy una bella expresión del poder creador de la clase trabajadora. Çoğunluğun ve azınlığın ilişkisi, seçimler sürecince iki ayrı yöntemin tartışması şeklinde sürmüştür. Tartışmadıkları tek şey ise seçimlerdir. Seçimler bir grubun toplumu “ben-biz yönetmek istiyoruz” sözüyle başlayan, diğer grubun ise “hayır ben-biz yönetmek istiyoruz” sözüyle karşılık bulduğu bir iddiadır. Seçimler, iddianın taraflarının anlaşarak başlattığı seçmen sayma sürecidir ve seçmenler olmadan gerçekleşemez. Hangi tarafın seçmeni diğerinden çoksa, toplumun yönetimi de o tarafta olacaktır. Seçmen, bu iddialaşmada sadece sayısal bir değerdir. Bu sayısal değer gündelik yaşamında birçok sorunu çözmeye çalışarak yaşayan vatandaş için önemsenecek bir değer değildir. İddialaşmanın tarafları seçimlerdeki katılımı arttırmak için, vatandaşı, sayılan seçmen sıfatından çıkarıp iddianın içine sokmak isterler. Böylece iddiaya katılım artacaktır. For the last three elections, nearly one sixth of the voters do not participate in elections. This shows us that 10,000,000 of the nearly 60,000,000 voters will not participate in the referendum. 25,000,001 of the 50,000,000 voters will give yes vote or no vote. 24,999,999 voters will have lost with the difference of a single vote. It's that easy to win or lose in this system. In all selective systems, the ones who is majority takes the power. In democracy, the power of majority is democratic. Whoever is majority takes the power, whoever is minority does not have power. The relationship between the majority and minority during the election continues as a debate between two separate methods. The only thing that they don't discuss is elections. Election is a bet which begins when a group says "I-we want to administrate society" and they are replied by another group saying "no I-we want to administrate". Election is a process of counting voters, initiated by agreement of the parties of the bet and can not occur without the voters. The government of society is owned by the side which has more voters than the other side. The voter is only a numeric value in the bet. This numeric value is not a value to care about for a citizen trying to solve the many problems of everyday life. To increase participation to elections, the parties of the bet, want to promote the citizens from the voter title into the bettor title. This should increase the participation of the bet. The increase in attendance will cause the voter, being a number, to internalize the bet and then the domination formed as a result the result of the elections. The voter will accept the result of elections and the power of the selected side, regardless of who won or lost. This acceptance of the citizens is a win for each group who bets on elections. As long as the winner of the elections continues its government, the loser will continue its opposition and both sides will wait for the next elections.
