    Countries doing well turning their economic resources into good social progress. Maybe more countries need to look to Costa Rica, Kyrgyzstan or Moldova than Denmark?

    Country with the highest social progress: Denmark, the lowest: Central African Republic. But incomes don't necessarily match the level of social progress across the world.
