A Good Thing

"A Good Thing" is a single by the British band Saint Etienne. Taken from the album Tales from Turnpike House, it was released in the UK by Sanctuary Records October 2005 (2005-10). The lead track is co-written by vocalist Sarah Cracknell.

Originally, the 7" single was scheduled to be a limited run of 1000 copies, but due to an error at the record label, all formats were limited to 1000 copies, seriously hindering the single's chart chances.

B-side-wise, the single is a rich mix. The 7" features a co-write between the band's Bob Stanley and Pete Wiggs and David Essex, who featured on the album. The first CD features a cover of the Womack & Womack track "Missing Persons Bureau" (credited to their pseudonym Dr Rue & The Gypsy Wave Banner). The second CD single, meanwhile, features two tracks written for the band's film, What Have You Done Today Mervyn Day?. "Book Norton" is written and sung by sometimes bandmate Debsy Wykes while "Quiet Essex" is written by Bob Stanley and Pete Wiggs.

Sage The Gemini (born Dominic Wynn Woods on June 10, 1992) is an American rapper, songwriter, and record producer from Fairfield, California. He is a member of California's The HBK Gang. He is known for his single "Gas Pedal" featuring Iamsu!, produced by Sage the Gemini. "Gas Pedal" peaked at number 29 on the Billboard Hot 100, making it Sage's first top 40 hit; it also reached number six on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs and number four on the Hot Rap Songs charts in 2013. Sage's song "Red Nose", which he produced himself, peaked at number 54 on the Hot 100 and at number 12 on the Hot R&B Hip-Hop Songs. Both songs were taken from his debut EP Gas Pedal, which peaked at number 29 on the R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart. He signed to Republic Records in August 2013. His debut studio album Remember Me was released on March 25, 2014. He has released the singles "Guantanamera" and "Good Thing" in May 2015 from his album Bachelor Party, planned for release in 2016.

Nick Jonas

Nicholas Jerry "Nick" Jonas (born September 16, 1992) is an American singer, songwriter and actor, best known as one of the Jonas Brothers, a pop rock band he formed with his brothers Kevin and Joe. The Jonas Brothers originally started as an attempted solo singing career for Nick Jonas, but the record producer liked the sound when his brothers sang backup for him. Nick starred in the Disney Channel original movies Camp Rock and Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam, as well as the TV series Jonas L.A., alongside his brothers. He formed the band Nick Jonas & The Administration, which released its first album in 2010.

Jonas currently stars in the DirectTV drama series Kingdom which premiered on the Audience Network in the fall of 2014. He released his self-titled studio album the same year, preceded by the single "Jealous". In the fall of 2015, Jonas was also cast in a recurring role on the first season of the Fox horror comedy anthology series Scream Queens.
