Former RNC Chairman Michael Steele's so fed up with President Trump, it sounds like he's ready to switch parties -- or maybe he just loves Oprah Winfrey running for Prez that much.

Steele was on Capitol Hill Wednesday when we asked if he'd be willing to work for O should she take the plunge and run in 2020. Steele laughed off the question, and never said no. In fact, he made it crystal clear he's intrigued.

Assuming Oprah would run as a Democrat, it's interesting to see Steele embrace her as much as he does here. Then again ... he REALLY doesn't like 45.

Ricky Martin is officially off the market -- he says he's married to Jwan Yosef, but a big celebration is still to come.

The 'Assassination of Gianni Versace' star says he and Yosef -- who announced their engagement in November 2016 -- have taken all the required steps to make their marriage official ... and he's now a husband.

Martin told E! News they exchanged vows and signed all the paperwork -- including prenups -- so all that's left now is the party, which he says is coming soon.

"Big Brother" star Amber Siyavus' daughter has died from an apparent suicide ... TMZ has learned.

Lexi Tomcavage died Monday night in Ohio, and her death is being investigated as a suicide ... according to the Stark County Medical Examiner. On Sunday, Lexi tweeted 3 times about missing her friend who recently died ... saying "i miss you" and "never been like this before."

Siyavus was a houseguest on Season 8 of 'BB' and was known for her frequent crying. Fans gave her the nickname "Whamber." She finished in 7th place.

Amber's daughter, Lexi, was 18.

Buckle up, everyone ... it's about to get real nerdy.

Here's Chris Evans on set as Captain America, with his castmates, filming scenes for 'Avengers 4' ... and the pics might have just spilled the beans on a HUGE question about the fate of ol' Cap.

It's been widely speculated Cap bites it in "Avengers: Infinity War," with the honchos at Marvel promising that some of the main characters wouldn't survive the big showdown with Thanos.

Pictures from set would seem to indicate his character survives, since '4' will follow 'Infinity War' -- but maybe not once you take a closer look. Our TMZ nerds (we have many) pointed out Chris is wearing his ORIGINAL Captain America suit, which he ditched after the first Avengers movie ... meaning this scene is likely a flashback.

Also, his face is completely clean shaven of the bushy beard he sported in the 'Infinity War' trailer, making it less likely the version of Cap in the photos is a current one.

So, unless he shaved after his universe-deciding battle (plausible) AND went with a throwback uniform (less plausible) -- it SEEMS like Cap doesn't survive. Sorry for your loss.

Alternate theory: this is just one scene, and our TMZ nerds need to get a life. 

Harvey Weinstein and estranged wife Georgina Chapman have reached a divorce settlement ... TMZ has confirmed.

The couple hashed out both a property settlement agreement and a custody arrangement. The couple has 2 kids -- 7 and 4.

The settlement, first reported by Page Six, has the backdrop of a prenuptial agreement. They've just crossed the 10-year mark in their marriage which is significant ... we're told their prenup is like most, and after 10 years more money kicks in for the less wealthy spouse.

We're told the settlement does not precisely mirror the prenup.

Neither party has actually filed a divorce petition, but that should be coming soon now that the settlement agreement has been reached.

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley looked absolutely incredible during a bikini photo shoot in the Bahamas this week ... this just six months after popping out a baby boy in June.

Goes to show, Jason Statham has a lot to be proud of after Rosie, his longtime girlfriend, gave birth to their first kid last summer ... count her post-birth bod as part of that.

This is the first bikini shoot the former Victoria's Secret Angel has done since giving birth, and it certainly looks like she's been putting in work since then.

The guy who attacked Harvey Weinstein lied when he said Weinstein was belligerent when he asked for a photo ... and audio obtained by TMZ proves it.

TMZ broke the story, Weinstein was eating dinner at a Scottsdale, Arizona restaurant when a guy named Steve walked up to him, asked for a photo and was turned down. As both Weinstein and Steve left the restaurant Steve slapped him twice.

Steve told us when he first saw Weinstein and asked for a selfie the fallen movie mogul was extremely rude. A restaurant manager told us Weinstein was actually "sweet" to the guy but politely said he would rather not take a pic during his meal.

Check out the audio ... Steve was clearly not telling the truth.

Drake's Houston team has a warning for fans about a new documentary on his rise to fame -- they have absolutely nothing to do with it, despite how it seems in a clip going viral.

The video was put together by a guy who goes by MarQuis Trill on Instagram, and he claims he's produced a documentary called "Toronto to Houston" -- featuring several Drake performances and interviews. MarQuis claims the film he directed and edited is coming out in the summer, and that Rap-A-Lot Records is down with the production.

We're told that's just not true. 

Our Drake sources say neither Jas Prince nor Drake participated in the documentary. Ditto for James Prince and anyone at Rap-A-Lot. We're told all the interview clips used in the trailer were pulled from previously released productions.

Our sources also say MarQuis' claim on Twitter that he'll be shooting footage inside Drake's new home in Toronto ... is totally bogus. In this case ... you really can't believe the hype.

Corey Feldman's warpath against alleged child molesters in Hollywood just took a hard right turn -- he's now being accused of sexual battery.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... a woman walked into a police station Monday and filed a report claiming Corey grabbed her ass in early 2017. We're told LAPD's Robbery-Homicide Division will investigate. Unlike almost all of the recent sexual misconduct claims in Hollywood ... this case would fall within the statute of limitations.

Corey's rep says he "vehemently denies these egregious claims."

Last year, he went on a mission to out child predators in the film industry ... though he's had some hiccups along the way.

No, you're not watching an episode of "Royal ER" starring Prince William ... dude actually scrubbed up and joined surgeons in the operating room of a cancer hospital in London.

The future King of England sat in on a robotic surgery at Royal Marsden Hospital in Chelsea. The hospital was one of the first in London to use the technology on cancerous tumors, and since Wills followed in his late mom footsteps as the president of the Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust, he got to see the bot firsthand Wednesday at work.

Warning, some of the pics of the surgery are graphic, but Wills handled it like a pro.
