Astral projection

Astral projection (or astral travel) is an interpretation of an out-of-body experience (OBE) that assumes the existence of an "astral body" separate from the physical body and capable of travelling outside it. Astral projection or travel denotes the astral body leaving the physical body to travel in an astral plane. The idea of astral travel is rooted in common worldwide religious accounts of the afterlife in which the consciousness' or soul's journey, or "ascent", is described in such terms as "an... out-of-body experience, wherein the spiritual traveller leaves the physical body and travels in his/her subtle body (or "dreambody", or "astral body") into ‘higher’ realms." It is frequently reported in association with dreams, and forms of meditation.

Some patients have reported perceptions similar to the descriptions of astral projection, induced through various hallucinogenic and hypnotic (including self-hypnotic) means. There is no scientific evidence that there is any manifestation of a consciousness or soul which is separate from neural activity. There is no scientific evidence that one can consciously leave the body and make observations. Claims of scientific evidence of astral projection are pseudoscientific.

The earliest references to a phenomenon comparable to that now signified by the term 'lucid dream' In Western culture are found in ancient Greek writings. Meanwhile, the physician Galen of Pergamon used lucid dreams as a form of therapy. In addition, a letter written by St. Augustine of Hippo in 415 AD tells the story of a dreamer, Doctor Gennadius, and refers to lucid dreaming.

Order of the British Empire

The Most Excellent Order of the British Empire is the "order of chivalry of British constitutional monarchy", rewarding contributions to the arts and sciences, work with charitable and welfare organisations and public service outside the Civil Service. It was established on 4 June 1917 by King George V, and comprises five classes, in civil and military divisions, the most senior two of which make the recipient either a knight if male, or dame if female. There is also the related British Empire Medal, whose recipients are affiliated with, but not members of, the order.

Appointments to the Order of the British Empire were at first made on the nomination of the self-governing Dominions of the Empire, the Viceroy of India, and the colonial governors, as well as on nominations from within the United Kingdom. As the Empire evolved into the Commonwealth, nominations continued to come from the Commonwealth realms, in which the monarch remained head of state. Obtain this by having a completely clear mind, and sinking deeply into your body - it may take a couple attempts this stage is the hardest part. 5) Once in the vibrational stage you are ready to exit, various OBE exit techniques include the "rope method" where you visualize a rope above your head and imagine climbing up the rope and out of your body. Another method is simply imagining yourself exiting your body and feeling what you imagine. (The feeling/sensation is the purpose of the visualization). Remember that in the astral plane if you imagine something it will occur spontaneously. If you imagine you are at the pyramids - you will be. You can imagine you have a sword made of light and it will appear for fun, anything will you can create with your mind instantly in this plane. We are constantly creating on this plane, astral projection experiences can dramatically change your life for the positive. If at any time it becomes too much you can imagine you are back in your body and you will be. You may choose to imagine you are surrounded by a white light shield for protection. Astral Projection is not dangerous, but can be scary and mind bending, protection can really help.
