A letter from anarchist comrade Anna Beniamino about Operation Scripta Manent and more… (Italy)

SCRIPTA MANENT
The prosecution in Turin have decided to put an entire anarchist tendency on trial: anti-organisation Anarchism. This isn’t a sensationalist and defensive overstatement, it’s what Turin’s investigating judge, Anna Ricci, enacted with the arrest warrants issued in July 2016, and enforced in September, probably to avoid disrupting the summer holidays of some pubic official.
The inquisitors’ choice is clear from the ridiculous framework that appeared in the arrest warrant papers, a product of the deleterious encounter between the mind of some cop and the rushed reading of a wikipedia summary.
The framework gives shape to a repressive-Manichean vision of a ‘social anarchy’, a good and harmless one, and an (anti-social and anti-classist) ‘individual anarchy’, violent and palatable to repression, whose method is the ‘anti-organization model’. (more…)

On “ethics”, “sabotage” and “terrorism” by Alfredo Cospito of Nucleo Olga FAI/FRI (Italy)
Tuesday, November 17th, 2015
Siamo anarchici e siam molti
E la vostra inane legge
Non ci doma né corregge
Né ci desta alcun terror
Guerra, guerra e guerra sia!
L’ ideal per cui pugnamo
No, non teme i vostri orror
Siam ribelli, e forti siamo,
il terror degli oppressor!
I potenti della terra
Anarchist chant
“Anyone with some common sense, who has even a distant notion of what the nature of the No Tav movement is and of the ethical framework within which this struggle expresses its 20-year-long resistance, can see that I was not there with the intent to pursue terror or worse”. Mattia
“On the other hand, those who struggle have learned, with intelligence, to channel even those strong and impetuous passions that are born of the many hits we took, like when a friend lost an eye from a tear gas grenade or when another came close to death”. Niccolò
“Military and paramilitary attacks, indiscriminate violence and weapons of war belong to states and those who emulate them”. Chiara
“We are accused of having acted to strike people or at least of having no regard for their presence, as if we had no regard for the lives of others…In relation to the accusation of terrorism I have no intention of defending myself. The solidarity we were shown from the moment of our arrest up until the present day has gone far to dismantle this daring incrimination”. Claudio
“Your words, as well as sounding proud, sound just, in the sense that they are both ethically upstanding and attuned”. Open letter to Chiara, Niccolò, Mattia and Claudio
“The prosecution wanted to create dissociations, namely, to push the movement to distance itself from its own power… We can say, quite plainly, that the movement held out by fully grasping what was at stake… The demands made by the prosecution are what in lawyers’ jargon is called ‘fence-sitting’. Go ahead and give them the minimum sentence, but convict them of terrorism”. Open letter to Chiara, Niccolò, Mattia and Claudio
We can quite plainly say that the ‘movement’ has secured yet another victory. Not only has it managed to market a watered-down, inoffensive and whiny version of sabotage, but simultaneously, it has used its superior “ethical code” to blacklist all violent direct action that goes beyond striking a compressor with a Molotov. The courts have also won, by managing to impose boundaries that good kids shouldn’t cross, if they want to avoid anything more than a sounding spanking.
For that matter, the victory for the courts has been sweeping, because through the terroristic prospect of years and years of prison, they made sure that comrades themselves – with their own statements – were the ones to draw up the boundaries that could not be crossed. (more…)

Ates Hücreleri Komplosu– 'Proje Phoenix' –FAI/IRF (Kara Enternasyonal)
Thursday, April 16th, 2015
“Biz burada, şu an herşeyin başladığı yerdeyiz.”
Proje ‘Phoenix’ Somut eylemin Atlantis’ine giden yolu işaret eden gizli kalmış haritanın açılmasıdır. Interzone’nun yanan şehirlerinin ötesinde varolmuş bilinmeyen ve kaybolmuş kıtadır. Kesintisiz otonom saldırının anarşist ilkeleri, Enternasyonalizm, Devrimci Dayanışma, eylem, diyalog, fikir ve örgütlü gayri-resmiyetle (enformel) yaratılmıştır. Dünya genelinde çeşitli doğrudan eylem gruplarının birbiri ardına gelen saldırılari tecritin sessizliğini kesintiye uğratıyor ve tekno endüstriyel sistemin hapishane toplumuna karşı karşı-saldırıya geçiyor.
….Phoenix kendi küllerinden doğdu ve korkakların sessizliğini alaya almaya, Prometheus ateşini ezeli isyancılara sunmaya geldi…..
…Sizinle konuşacak bir kelimemiz dahi yok çünkü herşeyi ateş açıklayacak…..

PROYECTO FÉNIX – Σχέδιο Φοίνικας (traducido al español) from La Salute e in Voi on Vimeo.
(more…)

Video: Conspiracy of Cells of Fire – Phoenix Project – An account of the FAI/IRF Project 'Phoenix' (Black International)
Sunday, April 12th, 2015
English subtitled version of the film giving the account of the early part of the Phoenix Project, international project of sabotage and attack with over a dozen hits in a variety of different countries.
Dedicated to Alfredo Cospito and Nicola Gai, Olga Cell FAI/IRF, who took responsibility for the laming of CEO Roberto Adinolfi of Ansaldo Nucleare.
“We are here, where everything starts now.”
The Project of ‘Phoenix’ is the unfolding of a hidden map marking one of the routes to the Atlantis of practical theory. An unknown and lost continent that exists beyond the edges of the burning cities of the interzone. Created through action, dialogue and ideas and organised informally with anarchic principles of permanent autonomous attack, revolutionary solidarity and internationalism. A sequence of attacks by different radical direct action groups around the world, breaking the silence of isolation and striking back again against the prison societies of the techno-industrial system.
The imprisoned members of CCF are charged with instigation for the attacks, Spyros Mandylas and Andreas Tsavdaridis were arrested and charged for act #4 in the project, sending a parcel-bomb to the former commander of the anti-terrorist agency, Dimitris Xorianopoulos, whilst Christos Rodopoulos is reportedly accused of the mailing of the parcel bomb to Dimitris Mokkas, chief prosecutor in the CCF case, as act #6.
The Phoenix project is now renewed through the 2015 attacks in Chile, Czech Republic and Greece, with the comrades within the territory of Czech Republic initiating the campaign “Let’s destroy repression“. The story of the Phoenix continues to be written…

INTERVISTA CCF/ALFREDO COSPITO
From the Greek prisons to AS2 unit of the prison of Ferrara: a few words of “freedom”.
Interview by CCF to myself.
Before answering your questions, I’ d like to stress that what i’ m about to say is my own truth. One of the many points of view, sensitivities and individual nuances within that crucible of thought and action that goes under the name of Fai-Fri.
Informal federation that, rejecting any hegemonic temptation, represents a tool, a method of one of the components of anarchism of praxis. Anarchism of praxis that only when it is informal, without being forced into organizational structures (specific, formal, of synthesis) when it doesn’t seek the unbearable consent (therefore rejects politics) it can be recognized in a wider chaotic universe called “black international”.
To understand this better, Fai-Fri is a methodology of action that only some of the sisters and brothers of the black international practice, it’ s not an organization nor a simple collective signature, but a tool that aims towards efficiency, whose objective is to reinforce cells and each comrade of praxis through a pact of mutual support based on three key points: revolutionary solidarity, revolutionary campaigns, communication between groups or individuals:
REVOLUTIONARY SOLIDARITY
Each group of action in the Anarchist Informal Organization is engaged in showing revolutionary solidarity to comrades who are arrested or are on hiding. This solidarity will show itself mainly through armed action and the attack against men and structures responsible for the imprisonment of comrades. Solidarity will always be practiced as an indispensable feature of anarchist way of life and action. Of course we do not refer to legal and technical support: bourgeois society offers a sufficient number of lawyers, social workers and priests, which means that revolutionists can be engaged in another kind of activities. Intervista CCF & Alfredo Cospito / Nucleo Olga FAI-FRI (Greece, Italy)

UPDATE: ENGLISH VERSION
via radioazione:
INTERVISTA CCF/ALFREDO COSPITO
Dalle carceri greche all’ AS2 di Ferrara: Quattro parole in “ libertà”.
Intervista delle Ccf a me medesimo.

greetings with love and solidarity

'A Vision of the Future: Where All the Roberto Adinolfis Walk With a Limp' by Sean Swain, anarchist prisoner (USA)
Friday, January 10th, 2014
By Sean Swain, anarchist prisoner
Back in May 2012, Roberto Adinolfi managed Ansaldo Nucleare, constructing nuclear power plants all over Europe, including the one in Kroko, Slovenia, and Cernadova, Romania. Adinolfi had power, money, prestige, and influence. To him, the suffering and death in Fukushima, Japan wasn’t nearly as real as his spacious, air-conditioned office or his luxurious Genoa home or his expensive suits.
Sometimes, you have to crack a few eggs to make an omelet. And besides, none of his death-traps had melted down yet.
Yet. Key word. Yet.
Roberto Adinolfi with his power, money, prestige, and influence never noticed that vehicle following him home. He suspected arrogantly that he would spend an entire career raking in money hand over fist by rolling the radioactive dice and betting millions of other people’s lives, and he would never have to answer to anyone at any time, anywhere. 'I want Comrades, not the mob…' by the imprisoned members of CCF, plus Andreas Tsavdaridis and Spyros Mandylas (Greece)
Friday, October 25th, 2013
In Italy, on 30th October, our two brothers, Alfredo Cospito and Nicola Gai, are going on trial, accused for the gunshots against a high-profile business executive of a nuclear company. The attack was claimed by the Olga cell-FAI/IRF.
I know people… people silent and chatty,
coward and audacious, humble and arrogant…
People, who live obediently, like sheep and others,
who lurk treacherously, like hyenas.
I know people who dream without fantasy
and others, who live without dreaming… people, whose eyes
are used to staring low and whose ears
are used to taking orders “wake up”, “work”,
“pay”, “buy”, “believe”, “comply”…
People from the lonely crowd, who patiently wait
in the line of life… for the eternal tomorrow,
for the better days, the optimistic future, the answers to their prayers…
They are waiting to believe in every prospective savior
and in any conman of thought, who will promise them a better life.
But those, who wait to live a better tomorrow,
are today, already dead.
I know people, but only a few of them are my comrades.
Slow Death or Insurrection here and Now…
These are the two paths, that unravel before us.
We choose to be there, where the strong ones dare.
The air is cleaner and the crowd, which bows before its false idols,
doesn’t ugly our aesthetics.
It is nice to look down from the mountain Peak of the Unique
even if the crowd secretly wishes for you to fall into the abyss
in order for it, not to be ashamed of its short stature.
Our words, carve today like a blade
and our actions burn the bridges with yesterday…
With tenacity and will, until we murder authority.
For Nicola and Alfredo.
For the Anarchists of Praxis.

'The figures don’t add up?' – Leaflet in solidarity with anarchist comrades Alfredo and Nicola (Italy)
Saturday, October 19th, 2013
Two years have passed since the latest incident in a nuclear power plant, that of Fukushima: a never before established and incalculable number of deaths, wounded and people contaminated by radioactivity; damages of huge proportions that the Japanese techno-scientific community, government and press awkwardly try to conceal, and last but not least the tragic farce of the Olympic Games in Japan, with which propaganda is glorifying a devastated, deadly and broken territory.
In Italy, an unknown number of radioactive waste sites oozing death are scattered in the countryside of Saluggia and Trino Vercellese close to the Po basin, the heritage of the last nuclear power plant that operated in the Piedmont region.
A regular passage of trains loaded with nuclear waste destined to re-processing (i.e. re-use) goes on between North Europe, Italy, the Susa Valley and France.
An industrial giant, Finmeccanica, specializes in various sectors including nuclear power for civil use (maintenance of existing nuclear plants and construction of new ones), arms production and trade, and control systems (mainly concentrated on the new borders of expansion such as nuclear plants in Romania, arms trafficking with India, etc), also represents a typical example of racketeering, corruption and exploitation ingrained in all expressions of dominion and capital.
A planner of nuclear plants, a champion of the dramatically false and faulty sustainability of the civil use of nuclear power, who is a manager belonging to Ansaldo Nucleare of Finmeccanica- Roberto Adinolfi- was wounded by a gunshot outside his house on May 7 2012, in an action claimed by the Olga nucleus of the Informal Anarchist Federation.
Two comrades, anarchists Nicola Gai and Alfredo Cospito will go on trial on October 30 2013, after having been charged with attack with purposes of terrorism following Adinolfi’s wounding.
We greet with joy and anger anyone who opposes the devastation perpetrated by dominion, and with their heads held high they continue to claim the validity and force of real practices of struggle and critique.
For anarchy.

'Fragment: The She-Wolf' by L

Originally published in ‘My Own’ #6 by Apio Ludd (November 22, 2012).
The nihilist-anarchist doesn’t have to pretend that she belongs to a History or a Movement but chooses how her life will be in her own way, with the methods that she alone chooses with the close ones around her. She does not make excuses why she organises with an intimate group of 2-3 of her close friends. Her creative output circulates at the level she chooses and provides for, are co-created by those who have decided between them that they’ll be together for some activities or correspondence. She knows alegalism and informality suit her and has no pretence of democracy, mass appeal or mass action. Life provides the space for her thoughtful-actions already. She has become the crowd, and in her she has annulled time and society, she can do anything she likes, if she puts her mind to it and accepts the consequences. No one gets out of life alive. To live or to die, and to hold the life of an enemy in her hands – squeeze the trigger, or not, if she chooses. Her life is her own. She is not a victim but an aggressor. The enemy will live and die at her choosing, not theirs. All is decided by her will, which is hers alone. She has no strategy other than seizing her opportunities, and no tactics but her dignity and determination to succeed against the odds.
With methods suited to each individual, linked through action, rather than identity, she follows her bad passions(1) to hell, and there is nothing anyone can do about it.
