On 28/10, Konstantinos (Dinos) Yagtzoglou is arrested by armed assassins of the E.K.A.M. in Athens. He is accused of sending a parcel bomb to former technocrat prime minister Loukas Papademos, who was injured by the attack inside his car. The other charges against him are for explosive packages found at the same time as the attack and also the oppressive Article 187A, for participation in a criminal organization, alleged membership of Conspiracy of Cells of Fire, the group that claimed one of the explosive packages.
We do not care for democracy, for the media spectacle and the cop mentality that is the junta of innocence or guilt. We do not play their game of justice, where the pieces are already placed against us, neither for the state that sows terror, the self imposed fear that permeates a passive society. What we care for is the continuation of the armed struggle against the necropolis of authority.

‘Insurrection Cannot Be Negotiated’ – Text by Panagiotis Argyrou, imprisoned member of CCF/FAI (Greece)

Time is the illness of reality. In prison, time seems to poison the atmosphere. The air thickens as though it is flooded with lead filings and each and every day our lungs are infested with this oxygen so toxic that it weighs on us again and again, more so with each passing day.
You feel so burdened that at some point you begin to think that every step you take, removes a day from your life; each step and a day less, each step and a day less
During these almost 6 years and a half of my imprisonment, I always felt like I was killing so many days while moving endlessly back and forth in courtrooms. I have seen the despicable ritual of trials taking place in the name of Democracy too many times repeatedly and every single time I walked away with packs of decades of sentences on my back.
However, it is not only the harsh sentences imposed on me by all this bureaucratic barbarity which has been grinding lives in the millstone of justice that bothers me the most, but also the arrogant and self-righteous style of the judges that execute our freedom while maintaining the illusion of representing something special. Declaration of the Solidarity Assembly for Anarchist Prisoner of War Konstantinos Yagtzoglou (Greece)

On the morning of October 28, 2017, comrade Konstantinos ‘Dinos’ Yagtzoglou was captured by the anti-terrorist police. The arrest order, issued by Special Prosecutor E. Nikopoulos, was based on accusations of belonging to a terrorist organization and attempted murder for the letter bomb attack against former-Prime Minister Papadimos. The accusations are based on a mixture of genetic material that was allegedly collected and stored from objects following clashes with law enforcement during a demonstration in 2011, in which the comrade was arrested. This mixture, supposedly related to the explosive attack, is alleged to have been found by the police in the remains of the letter bomb, along with the DNA of Papadimos. The charges against the comrade, combined with the material allegedly found in his possession during his arrest have led to him being prosecuted under the ‘anti-terrorism law’ (187A).
On the same day, a comrade from Konstantinos’s circle of friends was arrested. It is a constant tactic of the anti-terrorist unit to target people from an arrested person’s family or circle of friends as a form of intimidation, and as an attempt to politically and physically isolate detainees. On October 29, Dinos was brought before the investigating judge for a continuation of the detention order, and was warned that he only had 3 days to prepare for his hearing. (more…)

On Wednesday 1/11, comrade Konstantinos Yagtzoglou was taken to the judicial chamber, where a prosecutor and a special judge for questions of terrorism ordered that he be taken into custody.
Konstantinos [Dinos] faces charges related to the attack with a letter bomb against former Greek Prime Minister Lucas Papademos, as well as with other charges for explosive packages found in the distribution center of the Post Office, in addition to the infamous Article 187A, of participation in criminal organization, for his alleged membership of Conspiracy of Cells of Fire, the group that claimed the shipment of one of the explosive packages.
Also, the Greek police try to use against the comrade, once again, the “scientific proof” of DNA as “indisputable evidence”, stating that there is Konstantinos’ DNA in the letter bomb that seriously injured the former Greek Prime Minister on May 25, 2017. (more…)

Athens: Solidarity with the arrested comrade Kostantino Y. (Greece)

According to info via Athens IMC, comrade Kostantino Y. has been arrested and is suspected by the security forces of being involved in the letter-bomb attack against technocrat ex-prime minister and IMF employee Loukas Papadimos which took place in May 2017. The attack led to deep wounds to Papadimos and injuries to two other people accompanying him inside the vehicle he was in. Papadimos was hospitalised for a month.
The hostage comrade was inflicted an injury to his leg early Saturday morning during his violent kidnapping by the counter-terror unit. Apparently Kostantino is going to be charged with many felonies. Today he will be taken to the investigating judge where there will be a concentration in solidarity at the court.
This repressive action by state forces won’t go unanswered and comrades in the struggle internationally should be aware of this latest move.
Corporate media reported from the police that Kostantino had been under surveillance for two weeks before being caught carrying eight forged ID cards, two guns, ammunition, an explosive device rigged with a timer and gunpowder in three hold-alls, a plastic garbage bag and a fanny pack. The police spread in the media also that the comrade was clearing out a safe house rented in a false identity. The police suspect him of links to Conspiracy of Cells of Fire and implicated him in several unsolved letter-bomb actions including the attack against German Finance Minister Wolfgang Schäuble. It doesn’t matter if Kostantino Y. is guilty or innocent of the charges, no comrade is left alone!

For the thirteen years of prison to Irianna (Greece)

This is a communique from Irianna B.L’s partner, Konstantinos Papadopoulos:
14th March 2011. Anti-terrorism squads raided the house I was renting in the neighbourhood of Cholargos in Athens and arrested me as a suspected member of the revolutionary organization ‘Conspiracy of Cells of Fire’. That night Irianna had the bad luck to sleep at mine. She was taken to the police station and interrogated, fingerprinted and submitted to DNA samples taking. She was released on the same day.
I was released on bail 3 days later.
10th November 2011. According to the reconstruction of a ‘witness’, who was never to be seen again, not even in the trial, weapons were found, which were never used, in the Polytechnic of Zografou in Athens.
11th January 2913. Irianna was arrested as a member of the Conspiracy of Cells of Fire and for illegally transporting weapons on the grounds of a tiny DNA trace found on a magazine which was part of the lot of weapons located in the Polytechnic. A year and a half since those weapons were found and after the police had had her DNA for two years.
Irianna was released on bail, this time, without the judge of the special tribunal making her details or picture public. The task was instead undertaken by the then minister of citizens’ protection Nikos Dendias with an informal communique. (more…)

On the night of July 25, we attacked the building belonging to the National Confederation of Truck Owners of Chile, located on Almirante Barroso street in the city center of Santiago, with an explosive / incendiary device.
The National Confederation of Truck Owners of Chile is a structural link in the chain of domination and exploitation, taking an active part in freight transport and environmental looting in Chilean territory and Wallmapu.
They are one of the main beneficiaries of the IIRSA project, which has as one of its objectives the ‘improvement’ of road infrastructure for the transport of goods in the countries of South / Latin America.
They are also the first line of entrepreneurs working side by side with the Chilean state seeking to intensify the repression and police intelligence gathering in Mapuche territory, trying to stop without success the burning of trucks that is part of the autonomous Mapuche subversion in defence of its ancestral territory. A response to the call for solidarity to the ones held in custody in Hamburg
During the exile of captivity few are the things that can make you smile, offer a warm thought or a pleasant feeling. I can, however, say with some certainty that these days of July when Hamburg surrendered to the chaos of riots during the G20 summit, the clashes with the police, the burning barricades, the store looting, the vandalisms and burnings of sovereignty targets, my thoughts were boosted, a great deal of “thank you-s” as well as vivid emotions overwhelmed me, and a smile lit up my face.
I’ll be honest, however. Although from an early stage a large part of insurrectionary anarchism aspired at setting a high target, something that had become clear already since the call for a militant campaign of informal organization months before the summit; and although there was a large number of public texts and claims of responsibility responding to this call (some comrades were kind enough to even mention the heritage of Black December), I wasn’t that sure that the days in question would indeed involve such great momentum. And this due to the fact that the difficulties entailed weren’t unknown to me—the adversities and the challenges that would have to be confronted by the people who would want to organize and accomplish such an ambitious riot plan. It is sad to see “them” resorting to such incoherent, deluded, and even ahistorical if not unfactual analysis of contemporary anarchism and its various movements, successes and failures. It is even more sadder that the critique was poorly written. If the FAI never accomplished anything as the critique said, it is because FAI ideas were and are always to be put on trial of practice and its diverse variants. There is no monopoly of narrow individualism in the FAI as far as I comprehend it, as it is just an idea to encourage anarchists to attack with informal and antiorganisationalist forms (even this also is always within a context), because “it” [FAI] doesn’t believe in the binary logic that this critique does. While the critique seemed, at first, to try to dismiss a binary vision of the world it falls on the same mistakes when it doesn’t even know nor understand how they or their moralistic-triumphant-over-others-methods originated and empowered.
While I was in full support of ITS in attacking technocrats, NGOs, and its effort in deconstructing the western anarchist moralistic-christian tendency, they too fall to the same logic as their so “ideological enemies of gringo” anarchism. (more…)

“As anarchists, we perceive the need of a multiform anarchist struggle, posing the issue of attack against state and vassalage that is imposed, with every means possible, here and now.” (from the self presentation text of the ABC Group)
In this event the comrades from “ABC – Solidarity Cell” will talk about the importance of solidarity with anarchist prisoners and the connection of struggles inside and outside the walls.
Further, the talk will contain a deconstruction of the meaning of the ‘anarchist movement’ and the myth of the district of Exarchia.

There are times when you feel a certain kind of strength inside you.
This may be happening for different reasons each time but undoubtedly it is always a very positive feeling. Such a kind of strength a prisoner may feel when he/she discovers that there are other individuals wanting a touch, a contact, a communication, a conversation with him/her. It is a very strong feeling, a unique one, the feeling of a great strength filling you all over and this is something priceless. This feeling that you are not alone, that there are other comrades wanting to share moments, experiences or whatever, with you, is something so valuable that only freedom itself can compare with it. So let me thank you very much for the opportunity you offer me to have some contact even if it is for so little. On 3/15 we placed and detonated a clockwork explosive device at Adonis Georgiades’s bookstore at 263 Kifissias Av.
Adonis Georgiadis is a well known to all … picturesque, saturated and at the same time, a ridiculous political figure, who over the years moves within the (far)-right milieu according to his interests. Now an MP of New Democracy (the main right wing party) he does not miss any opportunity to propagate the neoliberal ideas whether in the parliament or in some television broadcast, being addicted to television as a TV persona. When not selling his nationalist noonsense (such as the books of Kostas Plevris – national-socialist figure) he makes “gifts” of 65 million euros to pharmaceutical companies who trade in human life. Specifically, Georgiades, as health minister in 2014, changed the pricing of drugs in favor of the pharmaceutical industries particularly favoring the Novartis company. Combined with the fact that his wife’s name featured in the Lagarde list, it’s proven that the TV booksalesman does not limit himself to book sales. (more…)

Letter bomb explodes inside IMF offices in Paris, another 8 devices suspected in the post (France, Greece)

A day after the German Ministry of Finance received a fully functioning Conspiracy of Cells of Fire / FAI parcel bomb addressed to Wolfgang Schäuble, Finance Minister, the Parisian offices of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) also received a similar explosive device which was not detected by security. It exploded upon opening, injuring a female employee with burns to the face and arms. Her injuries are not life threatening.
The incident caused a wave of reaction as the embattled French State activated public security protocols, sealing off the area with armed anti-terrorist teams and instigating a large, now cross-border investigation with Greek involvement. The current French President made a statement about the attack which was picked up by the mass media, spreading further the idea-virus of insurrectional violence directed at those who are responsible for the ruination of the planet and the economic exploitation of billions of people which results in countless deaths, suicides and miserable existences. The French State is already in a declared state of emergency with army units patrolling the streets during the ongoing presidential election and coping with riots against police brutality and corruption.
Evidence of Greek stamps on the remnants of the device and the fact that a Greek return address was attached have become part of the official investigation, as the letter-bomb was confirmed by the Greek Minister for Public Order, Nikos Toskas, to have been sent from Greece. The bomb was designated for the IMF’s European representative, Jeffrey Franks, who has worked for the IMF for 24 years and has been director of the IMF’s Europe office since March 2015. The attack has not yet been claimed by those responsible, but Greek intelligence officials believe it to be the work of the Conspiracy of Cells of Fire.
Embassies, financial institutions, branches of the Greek Post Office and all European ministries have been put on alert. Greek police are posting orders for sweeping controls on packages, for those leaving Greece and also interior, as it has not been established that a Greek target will not be next. According to the Greek police, the packages were sent with low amounts of explosive which defeated the X-Ray machines in the airport of Athens. The parcels have a reduced weight, volume and size, with realistic return sender-name and addresses to add to the deception. According to their research of postal records and security footage, Greek intelligence officials believe that up to another 8 similarly functional bombs may have been sent from post offices in Athens and are inbound to targets all over Europe…
