Plot: In New Orleans, English teacher of the high school Rampart High, Will Gerard, and his wife, musician Laura Gerard, are in love with each other. One night, Laura leaves a rehearsal and is assaulted, while Will is playing chess with his friend Jimmy. Will is visiting her in hospital when, out of the blue, a stranger named Simon tells him that he belongs to an organization of vigilantes and offers to eliminate the assailant. In return, the organisation would want a favor from Will in the future. Will agrees, and the criminal is murdered. Six months later, Simon collects his debt with Will. He demands that Will kill Alan Marsh, a pedophile. Will accidentally kills Alan and soon he learns that the victim was an awarded journalist that was investigating the organization. Now he seeks evidences to prove his innocence but the network of the organization is powerful and is seeking Will out to eliminate him.

Write what you know, right? This project was a blast to shoot, and the talent involved (all the way through post-production) transformed this idea into a lighthearted (often inappropriate) examination of a struggle we can all relate to.

Plot: Emily is lost. She is forgetting who are where she is, and yet seems utterly unconcerned. A strange but familiar figure appears who prompts Emily to remember her past and, reluctantly, she does so. As she struggles emotionally with her resurfacing memories, the danger of her situation becomes suddenly clear. The storm that has been chasing them is cancer, she is comatose and the world that she now inhabits its the last battleground, her mind. Her companions identity also becomes clear, she, a different form of cancer (that of the mind), represents her dead mother whose past suicide has caused Emily to lose all hope of fighting this hereditary disease. In Emily's final moments she is given a choice which fundamentally deals with the matter of life and death.
