ਚਲੀ ਗਈ। ਹਾਦਸੇ ਵਿੱਚ 4 ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਜ਼ਖਮੀ ਹੋ ਗਏ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਪਹੁੰਚਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਹਾਦਸਾ ਜ਼ੀਰਕਪੁਰ ਫਲਾਈਓਵਰ 'ਤੇ ਵਾਪਰਿਆ।ਮਿਲੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਤੇਜ਼ ਰਫਤਾਰ ਪਜੈਰੋ ਗੱਡੀ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਤੋਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਸੀ। ਜ਼ੀਰਕਪੁਰ ਫਲਾਈਓਵਰ 'ਤੇ ਗੱਡੀ ਸੰਤੁਲਨ ਗਵਾ ਕੇ ਦੂਜੇ ਪਾਸੇ ਚਲੀ ਗਈ ਤੇ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਵੱਲ ਆ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਗੱਡੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਟਕਰਾ ਗਈ। ਇੱਕ ਮੋਟਰ ਸਾਈਕਲ ਅਤੇ ਥ੍ਰੀ ਵਹੀਲਰ ਵੀ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਗੱਡੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਚਪੇਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਆ ਗਿਆ। ਮੋਟਰ ਸਾਈਕਲ ਸਵਾਰ ਫਲਾਈਓਵਰ ਤੋਂ ਥੱਲੇ ਡਿੱਗ ਗਿਆ। ਮੌਕੇ 'ਤੇ ਹੀ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਹੋ ਗਈ।ਇਹ ਹਾਦਸਾ ਇੰਨਾ ਭਿਆਨਕ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਪੰਜ ਗੱਡੀਆਂ ਬੁਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੁਕਸਾਨੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ। ਪੁਲਿਸ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਜ਼ਖ਼ਮੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਹਾਲਕ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਲਾਜ ਲਈ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਾਖਲ ਕਰਵਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਮੁੱਢਲੀ ਜਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਇਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪਜੈਰੋ ਗੱਡੀ ਤੇਜ਼ ਰਫਤਾਰ ਹੋਣ ਕਾਰਨ ਗਲਤ ਸਾਈਡ

On 10th of August, Wednesday morning at around 10:50am The Local Zirakpur builder & Agricultural Land Owner named Gurjant Sidhu & Amritpal Sidhu attacked residents of Skynet Enclave, Zirakpur with their goons & relatives namely:
- Tejinder Sidhu(Municipal Councilor)
- Gurjit Sidhu
- Bhagwant Sidhu
- Malvinder Singh(Local Goon from Green Enclave, Zirakpur)
Their motive was to criminally trespass the enclave towards their profitability.
They all attacked after most of the young men from enclave left for their offices at about 10:50am. At this time, attackers knew that only retired old men, ladies and children will be in their homes so they can take the advantage of the situation & create havoc among the residents. But left-behind residents of the enclave also tried to stop them from creating a mess in the residential area. The attackers specifically Malvinder, Gurjant & Tejinder Sidhu(MC) threatened the ladies & senior citizen that they will publicly butcher them & crush under their vehicles if they try to resist the forceful trespassing through the enclave.
In this whole incident Col. Satinder Singh stood in-front of them very bravely. They even tried to hit him with baseball bats & thrown him away with force on the road, when he tried to resist their entry. The assault on him was so forceful that resulted in many injuries on his back & arms. He is a retired armyman who fought for his country and now he has to fight the local community gangs of goons & politicians.
During whole of this incident, enclave residents regularly called the Police Helpline & direct numbers of local police station but no-one came for help. Because they got whole system on their side & have full support from all corrupt Govt. officials like Tejinder Sidhu. After many hours of surviving the attack on their own, finally S.S.P. Mohali had to be contacted to get any help from Punjab Police. By that time, the local residents sustained the attack & lived the nightmare with only children, women and retired men in their homes. Children & Women of the enclave are till date are deeply frightened of them & do not want to leave their homes without some security.
Because of this Nexus of Profit hungry builders, politicians & Goons, A peaceful local residential enclave has been turned into a nightmarish living experience from last 3 weeks for the residents especially ladies & children.

The attackers specifically Malvinder, Gurjant & Tejinder Sidhu(MC) threatened the ladies & senior citizen that they will publicly butcher them & crush under their vehicles if they try to resist the forceful trespassing through the enclave.
In this whole incident Col. Satinder Singh stood in-front of them very bravely. They even tried to hit him with baseball bats & thrown him away with force on the road, when he tried to resist their entry. The assault on him was so forceful that resulted in many injuries on his back & arms. He is a retired armyman who fought for his country and now he has to fight the local community gangs of goons & politicians.
During whole of this incident, enclave residents regularly called the Police Helpline & direct numbers of local police station but no-one came for help. Because they got whole system on their side & have full support from all corrupt Govt. officials like Tejinder Sidhu. After many hours of surviving the attack on their own, finally S.S.P. Mohali had to be contacted to get any help from Punjab Police. By that time, the local residents sustained the attack & lived the nightmare with only children, women and retired men in their homes. Children & Women of the enclave are till date are deeply frightened of them & do not want to leave their homes without some security.
Because of this Nexus of Profit hungry builders, politicians & Goons, A peaceful local residential enclave has been turned into a nightmarish living experience from last 3 weeks for the residents especially ladies & children.

The 412-crore project, Built by Jaypee group, a part of 27.5-km expressway project, cutting across Punjab, Himachal Pradesh and Haryana, also kickstarts government's mission to introduce radio frequency identification-based electronic toll collection across the toll plazas of the country to help in seamless travel for commuters.
The UNESCO World Heritage Site, Mountain railways of India, Kalka - Shimla route and the train passes through this town.The work on the bypass started in March 2008 and was scheduled to be completed in August 2010. However, many hiccups, including land acquisition in some parts of Haryana and Himachal Pradesh, led to the long delays in the project. The bypass, comprising eight bridges and four underpasses, is part of the Zirakpur-Parwanoo four-lane project on the National Highway-22. According to an estimate, nearly 26,000 vehicles, including big trucks, pass through this route. This used to lead to long traffic jams everyday, which not only increased the travel time on this route. The smoke emitted from these stranded vehicles also posed a big health risk to local residents. Even many passengers had died when ambulances ferrying them were stuck in log jams for hours. A doctor had to conduct a delivery in a car carrying a would-be mother in labour pains stranded in a traffic jam at Kalka a few years ago. The passengers, however, will have to shell out Rs 23 for smooth journey at the toll plaza set up at Chandimandir. The journey to Himachal Pradesh, especially to famous tourist place of Chail in Solan district, has become a little costly. A car owner has to pay Rs 23 at the Chandimandir toll plaza, Rs 30 for Himachal Pradesh entry fee at Parwanoo
Parwanoo is a city and a municipal council in Solan district in the Indian state of Himachal Pradesh. It is an industrial town. It borders Panchkula district of Haryana, and is after the towns of Pinjore and Kalka on the Chandigarh Shimla Highway. In fact it is separated by a river bed from the town of Kalka. Pinjore to Parwanoo is almost a continuous urban belt. From Pinjore there is also a road to Baddi. Another nearby industrial town of Himachal.
The town is divided into 6 different sectors spread randomly across the Shivalik Range in a radius of about 4 km. While sectors 1A, 4 and 6 are totally residential the other sectors 1, 2, 3 & 5 are Industrial with only a few residential areas. Parwanoo is essentially an industrial town with almost 80% of the local population engaged with the industries in one way or other. It is home to the largest fruit processing unit of HPMC and the HP Agro Industries have a Cattle Feed Unit and a Pesticide Unit located here. It also has a Large ESI hospital. Prominent hotels are Shivalik View, Windsmoor and Shelly.
To cash in on its proximity to Chandigarh and Panchkula the government set up industrial sectors and gave incentives that invited many small scale units to set up shop here. The incentives include exemption from taxes and financing incentives for expansion of existing projects.The town is 35 km from Chandigarh and 20 k.m from Panchkula. There is also a route to Kasauli direct from Parwanoo, 18 km avoiding Dharampur.
