Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie stepped out in matching leather ensembles as they joined their mother for a pre-Christmas dinner.

The young royals were spotted at exclusive restaurant The Ivy last night, where they joined Sarah Ferguson and actress Claire Sweeney for a festive meal.

Eugenie, 27, showed off her figure in a pair of skintight leather trousers, which she wore with a chic knee-length tunic and check overcoat.

She finished the look with a pair of heeled booties and a small clutch bag.

Meanwhile her older sister Beatrice, 29, opted for a more feminine ensemble in a knee-length leather wrap skirt, which she wore with a simple black top.
