Let's Go bulldogs!

Welcome to Mexico School District 59. We are located in Mexico, Missouri. We currently educate over 2,500 students in all of our locations. We have an early childhood center, three elementary schools, a middle school, high school, alternative school and career center. The summer and fall of 2017 construction was completed at each of our school buildings. Our Superintendent is Dr. Zachary Templeton and our Assistant Superintendent is Dr. Larry Nelson.

The mission of the Mexico Public Schools is to foster in each student:
--a positive self-image,
--critical and creative thinking skills,
--responsible citizenship, a dedicated work ethic, and
--adaptability in a changing technological society
Each student will have at his or her command a specific grade level body of knowledge.
