Here is what you'll need!
One-Pot Swedish Meatball Pasta
Servings: 4
INGREDIENTS
1 pound ground beef
½ cup seasoned bread crumbs
½ finely minced onion
1 egg
½ tablespoon salt (for meatballs)
½ tablespoon pepper (for meatballs)
2 tablespoons canola oil
2 cups beef broth
2 cups milk
½ tablespoon salt (for sauce)
½ tablespoon pepper (for sauce)
1 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
4 cups egg noodles
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
½ cup chopped parsley
PREPARATION
1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, egg, salt, and pepper, mixing until evenly combined.
2. Heat the canola oil in a pot over medium-high heat. Take about a golf ball-size of the meatball mixture and roll it into balls. Place the meatballs into the pot, cooking for one minute. Flip the meatballs.
3. Add the beef broth, milk, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce and give it a stir.
4. Bring the liquid to a boil, then add the egg noodles.
5. Stir constantly until the pasta is cooked and the liquid has reduced to a sauce that coats the noodles, about seven to eight minutes.
6. Add the parmesan and the parsley, stirring until the cheese is melted.
7. Enjoy!
One-Pot Pasta Primavera
Servings: 4
INGREDIENTS
4 cups broth of your choice
10 ounces uncooked linguine
10 ounces broccoli florets
1 pound asparagus, chopped into 1-inch pieces
1 small onion, diced
4 cloves garlic, minced
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
1 teaspoon olive oil
4 ounces mushrooms, sliced
¼ cup heavy whipping cream
½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
3 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
PREPARATION
1. In a pot over high heat, combine broth, linguine, broccoli, asparagus, onion, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Stir.
2. Add the mushrooms and bring to a boil.
3. Once at a boil, reduce heat to medium and cook the pasta for 10 minutes, continuously tossing with tongs.
4. Add the heavy cream, parmesan cheese, and parsley, and toss for an additional 3 minutes.
5. If the liquid hasn’t been completely absorbed, let the pasta sit off the heat for an additional few minutes.
6. Enjoy!
One-Pot Cheesy Taco Pasta
Servings: 10-12
INGREDIENTS
1 pound ground beef
1 (15 oz) can diced tomatoes
1 (15 oz) can whole kernel corn
1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
2 cups water
1 package taco seasoning
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
1 ½ cups colby jack cheese
PREPARATION
1. In a large quart pot over medium-high heat brown the ground beef. Drain fat and return beef to the pot.
2. Add taco seasoning, water, diced tomatoes, corn and tomato sauce. Bring to a boil.
3. Add uncooked macaroni and reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 10-15
minutes (until pasta is cooked through). Stir occasionally.
4. Remove from heat. Sprinkle cheese on top and cover.
5. Serve once cheese is melted! Enjoy!

5 cups milk
4 cups penne pasta
1 cup pepper jack cheese, shredded
PREPARATION
1. Heat oil in a large pot over high heat.
2. Add chicken and cook until no pink is visible, then take the chicken out.
3. Add the bell peppers and onion, cooking until the onion is translucent.
4. Add the chicken back to the pot with salt, pepper, chili powder, cumin, and garlic powder, stirring until evenly coated.
5. Add the milk and the penne, stirring constantly to prevent any pasta from sticking.
6. Cook for about 8-10 minutes until pasta is cooked and the milk has reduced to a thick sauce that coats the pasta.
7. Add the cheese and mix until melted.
8. Enjoy!

Yield: 8-10 Servings.
Organic vegetables, free of pesticides and chemicals would be better for this exceptional dish.
Ratatouille can be refrigerated up to 5 days or frozen in an air-tight container up to 3 months (mixture only).
Mixture like a piperade
1 ea. (200g) onion, chopped
2 ea. (200g) carrots, washed, unpeeled and chopped
2 ea. (100g) celery ribs, washed and chopped
1 Tbsp (30g) butter
1 Tbsp (30ml) olive oil
1 Tbsp garlic, minced
1 yellow and 1 red bell pepper, charred, peeled, seeds and ribs removed

5. Add cream, stirring until evenly incorporated.
6. Stir in pasta until evenly coated.

INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoons olive oil
5 ounces spinach
1 cup artichoke hearts, drained
16 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
2 cups milk
4 cups cooked penne
PREPARATION
1. Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add spinach, cooking until wilted, then add artichoke hearts, cooking for one minute.
3. Next, melt in cream cheese, stirring until there are no lumps
4. Sprinkle in garlic powder, salt, pepper, and milk, stirring until smooth.
5. Add pasta and mix until pasta is evenly coated.

Cajun Chicken Alfredo

2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon cajun seasoning
2 cups heavy cream
4 cups cooked penne
1 cup parmesan
¼ cup parsley

2. Cook the garlic, sausage, and chicken until garlic is starting to brown and the chicken is no longer pink.
3. Sprinkle over the cajun seasoning and stir to evenly coat the sausage and chicken.
4. Add the cream, and bring to a boil.
5. Add the pasta, stirring until evenly mixed.
6. To finish, add parmesan and parsley, stirring until cheese melts and pasta is coated with a thick sauce.
7. Serve!

Try this super-quick and delicious garlic shrimp recipe. Lots of olive oil and garlic add great flavor, especially when served with fresh sliced bread. Cook the shrimp quickly in a hot skillet, but
don't overcook! Overcooked shrimp can get rubbery, so the total cooking time for this dish is about 4 minutes tops.

Garlic Shrimp Recipe Ingredients:
2 lbs SHRIMP
½ cup OLIVE OIL
½ cup GARLIC ...or as much as you like (finely chopped)
1 tsp RED PEPPER FLAKES
2 tsp PAPRIKA
SALT and PEPPER to taste
3-5 Tbsp LEMON JUICE
½ cup PARSLEY (chopped)
sliced BREAD for sure, dude
Garlic Shrimp Recipe Directions:
Peel and devein the shrimp (save the shells and heads to make a stock!)
Heat olive oil in a skillet on medium high heat.
When oil is hot, add red pepper flakes. Red pepper flakes add a nice heat, but substitute fresh peppers, or even a little cayenne if you like.
Add garlic and saute for 1 minute. Use as much garlic as you like. I prefer lots of garlic. I literally used an entire bulb. It seems like a lot, but the oil and garlic are gonna taste great when paired with thick slices of fresh bread.
Add the shrimp, and continue sauteing on medium high heat.
Once the shrimp hits the pan, it'll only take about 3 minutes to cook. Don't overcook the shrimp; they will become rubbery if cooked overly long.
Add paprika, and salt and pepper to taste.
Saute shrimp until just cooked, when shrimp begin to color and curl, then remove the skillet from the heat.
Add lemon juice and fresh chopped parsley.
Mix well and serve in a bowl with thick slices of fresh bread.

Taste
Taste, gustatory perception, or gustation is the sensory impression of food or other substances on the tongue and is one of the five traditional senses.
Taste is the sensation produced when a substance in the mouth reacts chemically with taste receptor cells located on taste buds. Taste, along with smell (olfaction) and trigeminal nerve stimulation (registering texture, pain, and temperature), determines flavors of food or other substances. Humans have taste receptors on taste buds (gustatory calyculi) and other areas including the upper surface of the tongue and the epiglottis.
The tongue is covered with thousands of small bumps called papillae, which are visible to the naked eye. Within each papilla are hundreds of taste buds. The exception to this is the filiform papillae that do not contain taste buds. There are between 2000 and 5000 taste buds that are located on the back and front of the tongue. Others are located on the roof, sides and back of the mouth, and in the throat. Each taste bud contains 50 to 100 taste receptor cells.

One-Pot Cheesy Taco Pasta Servings: 10-12 INGREDIENTS 1 pound ground beef 1 (15 oz) can diced tomatoes 1 (15 oz) can whole kernel corn 1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce 2 cups water 1 package taco seasoning Salt, to taste Pepper, to taste 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni 1 ½ cups colby jack cheese PREPARATION 1. In a large quart pot over medium-high heat brown the ground beef. Drain fat and return beef to the pot. 2. Add taco seasoning, water, diced tomatoes, corn and tomato sauce. Bring to a boil. 3. Add uncooked macaroni and reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes (until pasta is cooked through). Stir occasionally. 4. Remove from heat. Sprinkle cheese on top and cover. 5. Serve once cheese is melted! Enjoy! Heat olive oil in a skillet on medium high heat. When oil is hot, add red pepper flakes. Red pepper flakes add a nice heat, but substitute fresh peppers, or even a little cayenne if you like. Add garlic and saute for 1 minute. Use as much garlic as you like. I prefer lots of garlic. I literally used an entire bulb. It seems like a lot, but the oil and garlic are gonna taste great when paired with thick slices of fresh bread. Add the shrimp, and continue sauteing on medium high heat. Once the shrimp hits the pan, it'll only take about 3 minutes to cook. Don't overcook the shrimp; they will become rubbery if cooked overly long. Add paprika, and salt and pepper to taste. Saute shrimp until just cooked, when shrimp begin to color and curl, then remove the skillet from the heat. Add lemon juice and fresh chopped parsley. One-Pot Pasta Primavera Servings: 4 INGREDIENTS 4 cups broth of your choice 10 ounces uncooked linguine 10 ounces broccoli florets 1 pound asparagus, chopped into 1-inch pieces 1 small onion, diced 4 cloves garlic, minced ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes Salt, to taste Pepper, to taste 1 teaspoon olive oil 4 ounces mushrooms, sliced ¼ cup heavy whipping cream ½ cup parmesan cheese, grated 3 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped PREPARATION 1. Heat olive oil in a skillet on medium high heat. When oil is hot, add red pepper flakes. Red pepper flakes add a nice heat, but substitute fresh peppers, or even a little cayenne if you like. Add garlic and saute for 1 minute. Use as much garlic as you like. I prefer lots of garlic. I literally used an entire bulb. It seems like a lot, but the oil and garlic are gonna taste great when paired with thick slices of fresh bread. Add the shrimp, and continue sauteing on medium high heat. Once the shrimp hits the pan, it'll only take about 3 minutes to cook. Don't overcook the shrimp; they will become rubbery if cooked overly long. Add paprika, and salt and pepper to taste. Saute shrimp until just cooked, when shrimp begin to color and curl, then remove the skillet from the heat. Add lemon juice and fresh chopped parsley.
