ROBLOX is not just an online game; it is an online virtual playground and workshop. ROBLOX was created in 2006 and is aimed at children of all ages. Almost every game on ROBLOX is designed and constructed by members of the community.

The Royal Gurkha Rifles Regiment leads the way in the final phase of Exercise Saber Strike.
The Royal Gurkha Rifles (RGR) is a rifle regiment of the British Army, forming part of the Brigade of Gurkhas.
Unlike other regiments in the British army, soldiers are recruited from Nepal, which is neither a dependent territory of the United Kingdom nor a member of the Commonwealth.
The Gurkhas are a unique unit in the Army with a reputation of being amongst the finest and most feared soldiers in the world. The Victorians identified them as a "martial race", perceiving in them particularly masculine qualities of toughness.
Their motto is: Better to die than live a coward.

Kevin Hunter is a former military training officer who helped new soldiers get thru Army Basic Training easier.. You want to join the Army and get ready to go to Boot Camp, How do you prepare for Army Basic Training? Kevin Hunter trained new recruits in the Army Recruit Sustainment Program before ARMY Basic Training (BCT). This video isn't intended to be all inclusive overview, and it only contains a few basic exercises to get you started in your training readiness for Basic Training. It also does not suggest that you should follow the exact descriptions given here. Much more will be covered in Recruit Camps you'll attend, and in your actual Army Basic Combat Training once you pass MEPS and are shipped to Basic. Basic Training also varies a lot depending on where you are sent, meaning a place like Fort Benning might be more rigorous than Fort Jackson. That matters very little at this point. If you're serious about becoming a soldier and pursuing a military career, you're ahead of the game to be thinking about getting yourself prepped for basic combat training now. Getting yourself tuned up early with these basic exercises will help put you on the PT fast-track, and maybe give you the opportunity to earn that coveted 300 points on your final PT test. The Army Physical Fitness Test (APFT) consists of push-ups, sit-ups, and a 2 mile run. They are done in that order. Soldiers are allowed a minimum of 10 minutes of rest between each exercise, but not more than 20 minutes. All three events must be completed within 2 hours. At age 17, your minimum results for each exercise must be 35 Push-ups, 47 Sit-ups, and 16:36 on your 2 mile run. To get 100% and score 300 points, shoot for 71 Push-ups, 78 Sit-ups, and beat 13:00 in your 2 mile. Check out Army TC 3-22.20 Appendix A for more information.
The intent of the Army Physical Fitness Test (APFT) is to provide an assessment of the PRT program. Physical fitness testing is designed to ensure the maintenance of a base level of physical fitness essential for every Soldier, regardless of Army MOS or duty assignment. PRT programs must be developed to take this base level of conditioning and raise it to help meet or exceed mission-related physical performance tasks. Commanders must ensure that physical fitness testing does not form the foundation of unit or individual PRT programs. Temporary training periods solely devoted toward meeting APFT requirements are highly discouraged. See AR 350-1 for policy guidelines pertaining to the APFT.

It has been called the "toughest combat course in the world" and "is the most physically and mentally demanding leadership school the Army has to offer". Ranger School is one of the toughest training courses for which a Soldier can volunteer. Army Rangers are experts in leading Soldiers on difficult missions - and to do this, they need rigorous training. For more than two months, Ranger students train to exhaustion, pushing the limits of their minds and bodies. The purpose of the Army's Ranger course is to prepare these Army volunteers - both officers and enlisted Soldiers - in combat arms related functional skills.

Army
An army (from Latin arma "arms, weapons" via Old French armée, "armed" (feminine)) or ground force is a fighting force that fights primarily on land. In the broadest sense, it is the land-based military branch, service branch or armed service of a nation or state. Wendy Williams
Wendy Williams-Hunter (born July 18, 1964), better known by her maiden name Wendy Williams, is an American media personality, actress, comedian, author, and a daytime talk show host. She hosts the nationally syndicated television talk show, The Wendy Williams Show.
Prior to television, Williams was a "shock jockette" on several radio shows. Williams has gained notoriety for her on-air spats with celebrities. She was the subject of the 2006 VH1 reality TV series The Wendy Williams Experience, which broadcast events surrounding her radio show.
She has written an autobiography and several other books, and has created two product lines: an apparel line with QVC called Adorn by Wendy Williams and a wig line named Wendy Williams Hair World. On July 18, 2014, Williams' 50th birthday, she was honored by the council of Asbury Park with the renaming of a street to Wendy Williams Way.
Early and personal life
Williams was born on July 18, 1964, in Ocean Township, New Jersey, a suburb of Asbury Park. She is the second of three children born to parents Thomas and Shirley Williams, She grew up in the Wayside section of Ocean Township, Monmouth County, New Jersey. Williams graduated from Ocean Township High School, and from 1982 to 1986, she attended Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts, where she graduated with a B.A. in communications and was a DJ for the college radio station WRBB.

Ranger School
The United States Army Ranger School is an intense 61-day combat leadership course oriented toward small-unit tactics. It has been called the "toughest combat course in the world" and "is the most physically and mentally demanding leadership school the Army has to offer". It is open to soldiers (commissioned officer, warrant officer, or enlisted), sailors, airmen, and Marines in the US Armed Forces, as well as allied military students.
Ranger training began in 1950 and has undergone multiple changes to its training regimen. A Desert Phase was employed for about a decade between the 1980s and 1990s. Its removal left the three phases used in the 21st century: (1) Darby, (2) Mountains, and (3) Florida.

The course is conducted in various locations. Training in the Benning Phase occurs in and around Camp Rogers and Camp Darby at Fort Benning, Georgia. Training at the Mountain Phase is conducted at Camp Merrill, in the remote mountains near Dahlonega, Georgia. The Florida Phase is conducted at various locations near Camp Rudder, Eglin Air Force Base, Florida. The Desert Phase—conducted initially at the White Sands Missile Range in New Mexico, and later relocated to Dugway Proving Ground, Utah and Fort Bliss, Texas, was eliminated in 1995.

Basic Training also varies a lot depending on where you are sent, meaning a place like Fort Benning might be more rigorous than Fort Jackson. That matters very little at this point. If you're serious about becoming a soldier and pursuing a military career, you're ahead of the game to be thinking about getting yourself prepped for basic combat training now. Getting yourself tuned up early with these basic exercises will help put you on the PT fast-track, and maybe give you the opportunity to earn that coveted 300 points on your final PT test. Good luck, Soldier! I salute you for your service!
The Army Physical Fitness Test (APFT) consists of push-ups, sit-ups, and a 2 mile run. They are done in that order. Soldiers are allowed a minimum of 10 minutes of rest between each exercise, but not more than 20 minutes. All three events must be completed within 2 hours. At age 17, your minimum results for each exercise must be 35 Push-ups, 47 Sit-ups, and 16:36 on your 2 mile run. To get 100% and score 300 points, shoot for 71 Push-ups, 78 Sit-ups, and beat 13:00 in your 2 mile. Check out Army TC 3-22.20 Appendix A for more information.
The intent of the Army Physical Fitness Test (APFT) is to provide an assessment of the PRT program. Physical fitness testing is designed to ensure the maintenance of a base level of physical fitness essential for every Soldier, regardless of Army MOS or duty assignment. PRT programs must be developed to take this base level of conditioning and raise it to help meet or exceed mission-related physical performance tasks. Commanders must ensure that physical fitness testing does not form the foundation of unit or individual PRT programs. Temporary training periods solely devoted toward meeting APFT requirements are highly discouraged. See AR 350-1 for policy guidelines pertaining to the APFT.
