Naila
Naila is a town in the Frankenwald hills, in the Hof district of Bavaria. Naila is situated some 18 km from the larger city of Hof. It is situated on both banks of the Selbitz river.
History
The earliest documentation of Naila dates at 1.9.1343. The first settlements in the area around Naila probably happened between the 12th and 14th century. The name Naila first appeared as "Neulins" (and variations thereof), has its origins most likely in the meaning "Small new settlement".
Up until 1972 it was the seat of the then district of Naila. The village of Marxgrün incorporated to Naila in 1978.
After World War II the Iron Curtain, just 8 km north of Naila, cut off a large part of the market for the local industries. In 1979, the town was the landing site of the Strelzyk and Wetzel families' famous balloon escape from East Germany.

Lila Downs
Ana Lila Downs Sánchez, best known as Lila Downs (born September 9, 1968) is an American–Mexican singer-songwriter and actress. She performs her own compositions as well as tapping into Mexican traditional and popular music. She also incorporates indigenous Mexican influences and has recorded songs in many indigenous languages such as Mixtec, Zapotec, Mayan, Nahuatl and Purépecha. Born and raised in Oaxaca, she primarily studied at the Institute of Arts by Oaxaca and briefly attended University of Minnesota, before withdrawing to focus on her musical career. She soon began performing in the traditional music scene of Oaxaca City.
Her first album, Ofrenda, was released in 1994. In 1999, Downs came to prominence with her debut studio album, La Sandunga, which was a critical and commercial success. She achieved international success in 2001 with the album Border which emerged in the music scene of Mexico and Latin America in the early 2000s (decade). Lila's seventh album, Pecados y Milagros (2011), topped album charts in most major markets and generated chart-topping world music albums. Her eighth album is planned for release in 2014.

MY ONLY WAY TO ATTACK STUBBORN FAT : SWEET SWEAT!!
Even when I travel , I always take Sweet Sweat with me . And now that they made it in my favorite scent ever (coconut) I vowed to never workout with it. She has become known for her charismatic versatility and gut-wrenching content, and her efforts to continue to develop her talents in poetry, music, and spoken word over the last decade have produced two spoken word albums, two plays, at least two film appearances, and one book of poetry.

When artist-scholar Dr. Naila Keleta-Mae's parents were searching for a suitable name in anticipation of her birth, their quest led them to an issue of Ebony Magazine that included a list of African names, along with their pronunciation and origin. They ultimately chose the North African name Naila, and practiced pronouncing it in the months before she was born using the guide provided, "nah-ee-lah". Naila's parents' choice, though, was based on the name's meaning, "one who succeeds," and time has shown their decision to be a prescient one.
In fact, it didn't take long for success to come. At the age of 9, Naila won her school's speech arts competition for her adaptation of "Goldilocks and the Three Bears," which she title "Goldilocks and the Three People."
