Vamsi (Mahesh Babu) is a fashion designer who gets an opportunity to participate a designer's contest held in Australia. Vamsi has a colleague called Sneha (Mayuri Kango) who is selected to model his creations in the fashion contest. Since Vamsi has to study the culture of Australia to design the best outfit, he is asked to tour the Australia extensively for a month. Shilpa (Namrata Shirodkar) is the daughter of an industrialist Aakineedu Prasad (Nassar), who is studying in Australia. She decides to take a vacation after exams by touring the Australian country. Vamsi meets Shilpa in the tour and they slowly fall in love.
After the trip is over, Sneha, who loves Vamsi, learns that Shilpa and Vamsi love each other. She trips and falls over the stairs and gets injured. When Vamsi is disappointed since his model friend is injured, Shilpa surprises him by entering the contest with Vamsi designs and winning the first prize for him. When Vamsi and Shilpa are returning to India, Sneha decides to stay back as she thinks that Indian model fares in Australia than India. Shilpa lets her father know about her love and Vamsi. He warns Vamsi not to go after his daughter. After a couple of fights, Shilpa decides to marry Vamsi in a temple. As Shilpa escapes from home to meet Vamsi in a temple, Arjun (Krishna) kidnaps her. After waiting for Shilpa, Vamsi goes to Shilpa's house to enquire about it. Aakineedu puts him behind the bars on the charge of kidnapping his daughter. After learning that Arjun has kidnapped his daughter, Aakineedu bails out Vamsi and begs him to save his daughter. He also agrees that he is going to marry his daughter to Vamsi. The story is more about Arjun taking revenge on the baddies which includes Aakineedu and Kota Srinivasa Rao.

Vamsy
Vamsy or Vamsi (Telugu: వంశీ, born Nallamilli Bamireddy on 20 November 1956) is a Telugu Indian film director, screenwriter and music director. He is considered one of the four cornerstones of Telugu cinema of the 1980s and '90s, the others being K Viswanath, Bapu and Jandhyala.
Biography
Vamsy was born and brought up at the village of Pasalapudi, near Ramachandrapuram of East Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh on 20 November 1956. His birth name is Nallamilli Bamireddy; Vamsy is his screen name.
Career
Vamsy worked as an assistant director to K Viswanath on Sankarabharanam before making his first film Manchupallaki with Chiranjeevi, Suhasini,Tripuraneni Sai Chand and Rajendra Prasad in 1982. This movie was a remake of the Tamil film Palaivana Solai directed by Robert-Rajasekaran. In 1984, Vamsy made the critically acclaimed Sitaara, with which he introduced Bhanupriya to the Telugu film industry. The movie was adapted from his own novel Mahal lo Kokila (The Nightingale in the Palace). The movie won the National Film Award for Best Feature Film in Telugu. In 1985, he made 'Preminchu Pelladu', the first movie with Rajendra Prasad as the sole lead

Mahesh Babu
Mahesh Babu (born Mahesh Ghattamaneni, 9 August 1975) is an Indian actor, producer, media personality and philanthropist known for his work in Telugu cinema. He owns the production house G. Mahesh Babu Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. The younger son of actor Krishna, Mahesh holds a bachelor's degree in commerce. At the age of four, he made his debut as a child artist in Needa (1979) and acted in eight other films as a child artist. He made his debut as a lead actor with Rajakumarudu (1999) and won the Nandi Award for Best Male Debut.
Mahesh received breakthrough with the films Murari (2001) and Okkadu (2003); the former fetched him his first Nandi Special Jury Award and the latter fetched him his first Filmfare Award for Best Actor – Telugu. The commercial successes of the films Athadu (2005) and Pokiri (2006) established him in the Telugu film industry. He later went on to act in other commercially successful films such as Dookudu (2011), Businessman (2012), Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu (2013) and Srimanthudu (2015). To date, he has won seven Nandi Awards, four Filmfare Awards, three CineMAA Awards, two South Indian International Movie Awards and one International Indian Film Academy Awards.

Namrata Shirodkar
Namrata Shirodkar is an Indian film actress, producer and former model known for her works in Bollywood and Telugu cinema. She was awarded the Femina Miss India in 1993. She is best known for her works in films such as Kachche Dhaage (1999), Ezhupunna Tharakan (1999), Vaastav: The Reality (1999), Pukar (2000), for which she was nominated for the IIFA Best Supporting Actress Award,Astitva (2000), Dil Vil Pyar Vyar (2002), LOC Kargil (2003), and the cross over cinema Bride and Prejudice (2004), which was a hit overseas particularly in the UK. She married Telugu super star Mahesh Babu on 10 February 2005, the couple have a son and a daughter.
Early life
Namrata Shirodkar was born in a Maharashtrian family of Goan origin. She used to live in Khar, a suburb in Mumbai. Her younger sister is actress Shilpa Shirodkar. She is the granddaughter of noted Marathi actress Meenakshi Shirodkar, who starred in Brahmachari (1938).
Modelling career
Namrata worked as a model, and was crowned Miss India in the year 1993. She represented India in the Miss Universe pageant and came in fifth place. The same year, she also represented India in the Miss Asia Pacific contest and was chosen first runner-up.

Mystery meat navigation (also known as MMN) is a disparaging term coined in 1998 by Vincent Flanders, author and designer of the website Web Pages That Suck, to describe a web page where the destination of the link is not visible until the user points their cursor at it. Such interfaces lack a user-centered design, emphasizing aesthetic appearance, white space, and the concealment of relevant information over basic practicality and functionality.
The epithet "mystery meat" refers to the meat products often served in American public school cafeterias whose forms have been so thoroughly reprocessed that their exact types can no longer be identified by their appearances: like them, the methods of MMN are clear to the producer but baffling to the consumer.
Flanders originally and temporarily described the phenomenon as Saturnic navigation in reference to the Saturn Corporation, whose company website epitomized this phenomenon. Flanders writes, "The typical form of MMN is represented by menus composed of unrevealing icons that are replaced with explicative text only when the mouse cursor hovers over them".

Vamsi (Mahesh Babu) is a fashion designer who gets an opportunity to participate a designer's contest held in Australia. Vamsi has a colleague called Sneha (Mayuri Kango) who is selected to model his creations in the fashion contest. Since Vamsi has to study the culture of Australia to design the best outfit, he is asked to tour the Australia extensively for a month. Shilpa (Namrata Shirodkar) is the daughter of an industrialist Aakineedu Prasad (Nassar), who is studying in Australia. She decides to take a vacation after exams by touring the Australian country. Vamsi meets Shilpa in the tour and they slowly fall in love. After the trip is over, Sneha, who loves Vamsi, learns that Shilpa and Vamsi love each other. She trips and falls over the stairs and gets injured. When Vamsi is disappointed since his model friend is injured, Shilpa surprises him by entering the contest with Vamsi designs and winning the first prize for him. When Vamsi and Shilpa are returning to India, Sneha decides to stay back as she thinks that Indian model fares in Australia than India. Shilpa lets her father know about her love and Vamsi. He warns Vamsi not to go after his daughter. After a couple of fights, Shilpa decides to marry Vamsi in a temple. As Shilpa escapes from home to meet Vamsi in a temple, Arjun (Krishna) kidnaps her. After waiting for Shilpa, Vamsi goes to Shilpa's house to enquire about it. Aakineedu puts him behind the bars on the charge of kidnapping his daughter. After learning that Arjun has kidnapped his daughter, Aakineedu bails out Vamsi and begs him to save his daughter. He also agrees that he is going to marry his daughter to Vamsi. The story is more about Arjun taking revenge on the baddies which includes Aakineedu and Kota Srinivasa Rao. Plot: Raghavendra, Vishnu, Chinna, and Vamsi are brothers. Raghavendra and Anjali (Arti Agarwal) fall in love and they are relatives as well. They get engaged with the consent of parents. But Raghavendra's family looses everything they have due to certain incident. Anjali's parents reject Raghavendra on the basis of poverty. Raghavendra decides that he should make good money, buy a house and have all comforts before marriage. He achieves his targets. Then he marries a good-hearted and responsible girl. Later on, they settle Vishnu's match with the sister of Anjali. Vishnu's wife is a woman of jealous nature and short temper. Due to her jealous behavior, there are certain problems. Plot: Kiran (Akash) and Aishwarya (Rekha) are neighbors for 20 years in Hyderabad. They study in the same college and immensely hate each other. Rekha's parents shift to Ooty. In Ooty house, Aishwarya founds an unopened greeting card addressed to Deepika (Tanu Roy). Aishwarya comes to know that Deepika is the girl who stayed in that room in the past. Deepika committed suicide because her lover Vamsi (Venkat) did not return after going to Hyderabad. Aishwarya opens the letter addressed to Deepika and realizes that Vamsi wrote it. It's a sensitive letter written by Vamsi explaining his feelings towards her. Aishwarya does not want to disappoint Vamsi that Deepika is no more. She starts writing letters on the name of 'Deepika'. Interestingly, on the other side Kiran would be replying all these mails on the name of 'Vamsi', as Vamsi dies of accident in Hyderabad. The rest of the film is about how these two people come to know about the real story and turn the their hatred into love.

Vamsi (Mahesh Babu) is a fashion designer who gets an opportunity to participate a designer's contest held in Australia. Vamsi has a colleague called Sneha (Mayuri Kango) who is selected to model his creations in the fashion contest. Since Vamsi has to study the culture of Australia to design the best outfit, he is asked to tour the Australia extensively for a month. Shilpa (Namrata Shirodkar) is the daughter of an industrialist Aakineedu Prasad (Nassar), who is studying in Australia. She decides to take a vacation after exams by touring the Australian country. Vamsi meets Shilpa in the tour and they slowly fall in love.
After the trip is over, Sneha, who loves Vamsi, learns that Shilpa and Vamsi love each other. She trips and falls over the stairs and gets injured. When Vamsi is disappointed since his model friend is injured, Shilpa surprises him by entering the contest with Vamsi designs and winning the first prize for him. When Vamsi and Shilpa are returning to India, Sneha decides to stay back as she thinks that Indian model fares in Australia than India. Shilpa lets her father know about her love and Vamsi. He warns Vamsi not to go after his daughter. After a couple of fights, Shilpa decides to marry Vamsi in a temple. As Shilpa escapes from home to meet Vamsi in a temple, Arjun (Krishna) kidnaps her. After waiting for Shilpa, Vamsi goes to Shilpa's house to enquire about it. Aakineedu puts him behind the bars on the charge of kidnapping his daughter. After learning that Arjun has kidnapped his daughter, Aakineedu bails out Vamsi and begs him to save his daughter. He also agrees that he is going to marry his daughter to Vamsi. The story is more about Arjun taking revenge on the baddies which includes Aakineedu and Kota Srinivasa Rao.

Plot:
Sitaara (English: Star) is a 1983 Telugu, drama film written and directed by Vamsy. The film marked the debut of Bhanupriya. The film was adapted from Vamsy's own novel Mahal lo Kokila. The film deals with the friendship of two people in the backdrop of Peasants, Zamindars, Indian movie world, and Paparazzi. Upon release, the film has received very positive reviews and remained a cult classic, and the soundtrack became all time chartbuster.
The film has garnered three National Film Awards, and was premiered at the 1984 International Film Festival of India.[1]
Devdas (Subhalekha Sudhakar) is a professional photographer. On a train he meets a melancholy woman (Bhanupriya) who boards the train without a proper ticket. He helps her with the money and tries to strike up a conversation. She only tells him that her name is "Sitaara" and that she has nowhere to go in the big city.
The reticent Sitara intrigues Devdas, who takes pity on her position and offers her shelter at his home. Devdas sees the photogenic face of Sitaara and helps her become a model and film star. Eventually, as he manages her dates and schedules, he develops a liking for her. When Sitaara vehemently refuses to go to a certain village for shooting, he gets insulted by the producer. An upset Devdas demands an explanation and forces her to reveal her traumatic past.Sitaara is the innocent sister of a protective and proud zamindar (Sarath Babu). She is kept indoors and restrained by her brother, as is the custom of rich landlords of the time
The zamindar has heavy debts and conceals this fact from the people of the village and hides the misfortune behind the walls of his palace, hoping to win a case in the court that will restore the ancestral wealth and hence the glory of his family.During Dasara, a group of drama artists come to the village to perform and
make their living. Every day, they start their performance first at the zamindar's home per the custom. The zamindar is away and there is no one to watch or reward them. The youngest artist of the troupe (Suman) is irritated by this, but others in the troupe convince him to perform in front of the zamindar's closed
doors. One day, Sitaara watches Suman's performance through a broken window and takes a liking for him. He sees her watching him, and the next day performs with even more vigour, surprising his colleagues.Eventually Sitaara falls in love with Suman and they go to the village fair together. When the zamindar comes to
know of the affair, he quietly sends henchmen to kill Suman. When Sitaara finds out, unable to confront her brother, suffers silently. In the meantime, the zamindar loses his court case. Afraid of losing the prestige that he has been trying to save, he kills himself and makes it seem like a robbery gone wrong. Sitaara runs away from the village and meets Devdas on the train.After her past is revealed, Devdas tries to help her out by going back to the village. He learns that Suman was not killed and tries to track him and leaves Sitaara alone in the city for a while.

Plot:
Rajendra Prasad is a talented but very lazy tailor who believes that good fortune and luck alone will make him a rich and successful person. He is the only tailor in the whole village. Even though Subhalekaha Sudakhar, the assistant of Rajendra Prasad, and Mallikarjuna Rao, the cloth vendor, keep urging him in vain to work, he never listens to them. One day a soothsayer, Rallapalli, tells Rajendra Prasad that he will become a rich person if he marries a woman with a mole on her thigh. In the process of discovering this woman, he flirts with many in the village and promises all of them that he would marry them.
The rest of the story revolves around how he deals with each lady with his talent and deceit. In the end everyone discovers the truth and Rajendra Prasad is made to realize that in his foolish quest to find the lady with the mole, he has cheated and hurt many people. He then tries to atone for his crimes by first apologizing to all the women he cheated and then by marrying the one who truly loved him. His assistant ends up marrying the girl with the mole.

Dialogue With Prema, an interview series that focus on the Life and Journey of Achievers and Inspiring personalities from varied field of activities
Vamsy is a veteran film director and music composer of Telugu cinema. This versatile story teller is known for critically well acclaimed movies and widely regarded as one among the 4 pillars or foundation corner stones of Telugu film industry, the other Three being K Vishwanath, Bapu and Jandhyala.
Vamsy started his film career in the early 80's and has completed 3 decades in the film industry.Vamsi introduces many newcomers and promoting budding talents in the industry, best instances being Rajendra Prasad, Bhanuriya, Vani Vishwanath, Hamsa Nandini etc. Now his recent movie "Fashion Designer" with the caption "Son of Ladies Tailor" is ready to go on floors. It's a sequel to 'Ladies Tailor' and the film was produced by Madhura Sreedhar.
