    So the HRD secretary *clearly* states that the Class 10 paper was leaked (in Delhi-NCR-Haryana), then adds re-exam will be held in July IF AT ALL IT IS NEEDED. So you're saying that a leak *has* happened, but we're not sure whether a re-exam is needed?

    Class 10 children will not have a Maths re-test, outside of Delhi-Haryana. HRD secretary says leaks limited to these 2 states. Admits this is not foolproof solution, but the best under the circumstances
