After Steve Harvey's impromptu meeting at the White House, I for one have been giving him the side-eye. It was hypocritical. Now with that being said: Steve Harvey's second wife Mary Shackelford who was married to Steve from 96 to 2005 and divorced citing irreconcilable differences is claiming that Steve owes her $50 million dollars. She is asking for him to be arrested for violating her civil rights, collusion, extortion, constitutional rights violation, embezzlement, contempt of court, falsifying documents and perjury. Shackelford claims that their divorce is not final and that Majorie who is Steve's current wife was the side chick he cheated on her with during their marriage. Shackelford stated that the judge said the divorce would be contingent upon the division of community assets. She says that never happened. I will link the video in the video. This has been going on for 12 years. How is it that you are just bringing this up now. She said they had the same divorce lawyer. That is definitely a conflict of interest. She said why did the judge allow this. No, why did you allow this? She has not seen her son Winton according to the video. Unless she was a physical threat to her son I don't see why she does not have joint custody. She said all those who were around her when she was Mrs. Harvey have left. According to documents the Steve Harvey Divorce Settlement offered Mary Lee $1,000 dollars per month for child support and disallowed her from retaining all property and business owned by Steve. Mary Lee alleged that Steve and his lawyer cheated her into settling quickly and hid the fact that Steve was guilty of adultery, poor and neglectful parenting as well delivering physical and mental abuse. Mary added that during the Steve Harvey divorce she was not made aware of her rights to hire an independent lawyer—Mary used the same attorney as her husband who convinced Mary to settle on the $1,000 per month deal. As a result of these claims and the fact that Steve has amassed a fortune of over $20 million dollars, Mary Lee’s case was ultimately settled out of court, where it was expected that the ex-wife received somewhere in the neighborhood of $10 million dollars.
