Nigeria SDGs Baseline Indicators Report 2016
The Report tracks and examines the baseline status of the SDG indicators before the commencement of full f implementation of the SDGs in 2016. In other words, it identifies the status of the indicators as at 2016 as the benchmark from which tracking can commence as the Government provides resources and policies that impact on the indicators.
UNDP Annual Report 2015
This report highlights ways in which UNDP supported the government and people of Nigeria and contributed towards the attainment of its long term development goals. Our work and achievements recorded during the past year relied on collaboration with a wide range of partners at both State and Federal levels. These partners were key to identifying evidence-based and innovative development solutions, which made our successes possible.
What we do
UNDP is the UN's global development network, an organization advocating for change and connecting countries to knowledge, experience and resources to help people build a better life. We are on the ground in some 170 countries and territories, working with them on their own solutions to global and national development challenges. As they develop local capacity, they draw on the people of UNDP and our wide range of partners. UNDP has been supporting the Government and people of Nigeria in addressing development challenges, through strengthening and building institutions that promote inclusive sustainable development and democratic governance. We work work an array of partners as we work together to support the Nigeria meet her Vision 2020 and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) promise.
