Had a random text this afternoon inviting me to play some bass while other band members were absent. Haven’t played bass at volume for some months. Great fun, until the crappy amp at the room gave up at 6/10 of its master volume. Weak.

It has a valve pre amp but I’m using the solid state pre. It worked again after a while. Probably full of dust and beer and got hot. It’s not even being played that loud.
