Otra

The Otra river is the largest river in the Sørlandet region of Norway. It flows from the Setesdalsheiene mountains in Bykle municipality in Aust-Agder county in the north, down to the municipality of Kristiansand in the south, where it flows into the Skagerrak.

The Otra is 245 kilometres (152 mi) long, making it Norway’s eighth longest river. There are many large lakes along the river including: Åraksfjorden, Byglandsfjorden, Hartevatnet, and Kilefjorden. There are 12 hydroelectric power plants built along the river, which produce much of the electricity for the southern part of Norway.

The salmon do well in the Otra river because the water is not too acidic. The calcareous rocks in the catchment area at the top of Setesdal which river water a certain buffer capacity against acidification.

Sandy & Papo

Sandy & Papo MC, Sandy MC & MC Papo or simply Sandy & Papo, was a duo of merengue house and hip-hop, with temporary residence in Venezuela. It was made by Sandy Carriello "Sandy MC" and Luis Deschamps "MC Papo", both from the Dominican Republic. The duo was created by Nelson Zapata and Pavel de Jesus, after attending an audition for Proyecto Uno.

The group was part of the merenhouse/house-merengue/merengue-hip hop rhythm movement that emerged in New York. The pair fused that with Dominican merengue and other dance genres. Groups such as Proyecto Uno, Fulanito, Ilegales & El Cartel were part of this movement.

Sandy MC & MC Papo performed a version of the popular house El Mueve Mueve (I Like To Move It). They created the song Huelepega which served to promote the Venezuelan film of the same name, directed by Elia Schneider.

The group came to an end when on July 11, 1999 Luis Deschamps (MC Papo) died in a car accident. Sandy MC continued as a solo and received success with the song Homenaje a Papo. As of 2011 Sandy MC has been working on a new album.

Daddy Yankee

Ramón Luis Ayala Rodríguez (born February 3, 1976), known by his stage name Daddy Yankee, is a Puerto Rican reggaeton singer, songwriter, producer and actor. Ayala was born in Río Piedras, San Juan, Puerto Rico, and was raised in the neighborhood of Villa Kennedy Housing Projects.

Ayala aspired to be a professional baseball player, and tried out for the Seattle Mariners Major League baseball team. Before he could be officially signed, he was hit by a stray round from an AK-47 rifle while taking a break from a studio recording session with reggaeton mix tape icon DJ Playero. Ayala spent roughly one and a half years recovering from the wound; the bullet was never removed from his hip, and he credits the shooting incident with allowing him to focus entirely on a music career. Since then, he has sold over 18 million albums.

Musical career

1992–2003: Early music career

Daddy Yankee first appeared on the 1992 DJ Playero's Mixtape, Playero 34, with the song "So' Persigueme, No Te Detengas". Ayala was originally going to become a professional baseball player but he was shot in his leg while taking a break from a studio recording session. The bullet was never removed and he credits this incident with allowing him to pursue a musical career. He made a few songs talking about the shooting incident, but his most "complete" song about it was "6 De Enero", released in 2012. His first official studio project as a solo artist was No Mercy, which was released on April 2, 1995 through White Lion Records and BM Records in Puerto Rico. Early in his career he attempted to imitate the style of Vico C. He went on to emulate other artists in the genre, including DJ Playero, DJ Nelson, and DJ Drako, taking elements from their styles in order to develop an original style. In doing so, he eventually abandoned the traditional model of rap and became one of the first artists to perform reggaeton.

Dota 2

Dota 2 is a free-to-play multiplayer online battle arena (MOBA) video game developed and published by Valve Corporation. The game was released for Microsoft Windows, OS X, and Linux in July 2013, following a Windows-only public beta testing phase that began in 2011, and is the stand-alone sequel to Defense of the Ancients (DotA), a mod for Warcraft III: Reign of Chaos and its expansion pack, The Frozen Throne. Dota 2 is one of the most actively played games on Steam, with maximum peaks of over a million concurrent players.

Dota 2 is played in matches between two five-player teams, each of which occupies a stronghold in a corner of the playing field. A team wins by destroying the other side's "Ancient" building, located within the opposing stronghold. Each player controls one of 111 playable "Hero" characters that feature unique powers and styles of play. During a match, the player collects gold, items, and experience points for their Hero, while combating Heroes of the opposite team.

Otra Cosa

Otra Cosa ("Another Thing") is the title of the fifth studio album by Mexican singer-songwriter Julieta Venegas, released worldwide on March 16, 2010. iTunes sold two versions of this album, the standard version and an iTunes LP, becoming the first iTunes LP released by a Latin artist. The deluxe iTunes release includes the music video for the single "Bien o Mal", as well as a remix by the Mexican Institute of Sound. The album was also released exclusively in Mexico in format of vinyl.

This album features collaborations with Alejandro Sergi (vocals from Miranda!) and Adrián Dárgelos (vocals from Babasónicos). The first single chosen to promote the album was the song "Bien o mal", which topped the popularity in the Mexican radio and in Latin America.

In Mexico, selling 30,000 copies. To date, the album has sold more than 1,500,000 copies worldwide. Won the Latin Grammy Award for Best Short Form Music Video. Otra Cosa received a Grammy Award nomination for Best Latin Pop Album.
