How long will it take for my merchandise order to ship?
What is CounterPunch Magazine?
CounterPunch Magazine is a 36 page publication solely for those who have paid for a CounterPunch Magazine subscription. It is published 6 times per year. The Magazine is available both in print form, sent by US Mail, and as a digital edition emailed as a PDF or an ISSUU link for a virtual magazine for digital devices and computers. (PDFs are readable with Adobe Acrobat Reader which can be downloaded for free at www.adobe.com). Subscribers also get digital access to all CounterPunch Magazine back issues.
How long will it take for my subscription to be fulfilled?
Print subscriptions can take up to 3 weeks to fulfill however your issue will be sent shortly after the subscription is ordered. Email issues are sent out within the first three days of subscribing.
If you haven’t gotten any issues but you feel you should, please contact us ASAP so we can get it straightened out. If you made a donation, it doesn’t necessarily guarantee a subscription. Subscriptions are available for a specific purchase price and if you’ve selected a donation option or written “donation” on your check, we may not be aware that you intended to subscribe. Another problem may be that your address has changed or there is a discrepancy in our records. Your first issue will be the issue mentioned on our homepage and if you’ve subscribed by email you should receive the issue within the first week.
I want to cancel my order. Can I get a refund?
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, please contact us at counterpunchdeva@gmail.com as soon as possible. Full refunds will be given for orders canceled within 48 hours.
For orders containing books or merchandise that has already been shipped, refunds will be given when the un-used item is returned and the shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount.
For one year subscriptions, please cancel within one month of placing your order for a pro-rated refund. If you have missed issues during your subscription, let us know and we will send missed issues or extend your subscription.
Monthly subscriptions and donations and be cancelled at any time.
How long will it take for my merchandise order to ship?
Merchandise is generally sent within 48 hours of order, depending on the day of the week. All domestic orders are sent by First Class or Priority U.S. Mail and may take 5-7 business days. Orders sent outside the U.S. are also sent by U.S. Mail and may take 3-4 weeks.
How do I change my subscription address?
You can email counterpunchdeva@gmail.com or call or write the business office with your mailing address or email address change.
How Do I make a donation?
Donations can be made on our website, by telephone or through regular mail. Please see our contact information. To donate via our website click any donation link. The Institute for the Advancement of Journalistic Clarity, DBA CounterPunch, is a 501c3 non-profit organization. Your donations are tax deductible. Please contact us if you need our tax id number.
