Victorian company Davies Bakery is facing claims it has mistreated injured staff.

NUW members at Inghams Sommerville and Lyndhurst stopped the rapid casualisation of two of Australia's biggest poultry sites. With both casual and permanent workers joining the Union we have had the strength to collectively bargain for #JobsYouCanCountOn. Since their EBA, at least 70% of workers MUST be in secure, full-time jobs and there is a conversion process for casual employees. This is reinforced by the growing number of super delegates onsite who demand their co-workers get a fair go. Good on ya!
