Highlights from Twitter
Highlights notifies you about the most interesting content from Twitter, tailored just for you. Your Highlights are based on a number of different factors, including but not limited to:
- Conversations among people you follow
- Popular Tweets from accounts in your network
- Trends, news, and personalized topics
How do I get Highlights on Twitter for iOS?
- In the top menu, tap your profile icon.
- Tap Settings and privacy.
- Tap Notifications.
- Tap Push Notifications.
- Next to Highlights, drag the slider to turn the feature on.
You'll receive push notifications when your Highlights are available. Slide the notification to open your Twitter app and view your Highlights timeline.
How do I get Highlights on Twitter for Android?
- In the top menu, you will either see a navigation menu icon or your profile icon. Tap whichever icon you have and then tap Settings and privacy.
- Tap Notifications.
- Tap Push notifications.
- Check the box next to Highlights to turn the feature on.
You'll receive push notifications when your Highlights are ready. Tap the notification to open your Twitter app and view your Highlights displayed in full screen mode. Swipe left to navigate through your Highlights.
To access Highlights while in your Twitter for Android app: Tap the navigation menu icon or your profile icon, then tap Highlights.
How do I get Highlights on twitter.com?
To view them, navigate to your Notifications tab. From the tab, click on the notification that says Highlights from @username and X others. You’ll then be redirected to a search results page featuring the Highlights timeline.
To see fewer Highlights in your Notifications tab, click on the icon from the notification and select See less often.
