Ings dressed all in black but his Australian girlfriend Georgia Gibbs added some colour to the event.
Gibbs donned a long red dress with a slit that exposed her right thigh, while Lallana's missus Emily Jubb wore a low-cut black gown.
Jasmien Claes, who married Mignolet in 2015, lit up the scene with a sparkly bag and matching shoes.
The event — titled the Lost World Charity Ball — was the latest fundraiser for Milner's foundation, which aims to help young people use sport to live happier and healthier lives.
