Making an offer can be a stressful situation at the best of times, but we aim to make the process as smooth as possible. We will guide you to make informed decisions with your pricing so that your offer looks the most appealing to the seller. Once the offer is accepted, we work closely with the Selling agent to ensure you have all the correct information regarding the property. All relevant strata documents, title searches, property disclosure statements, tenancy agreements, and if needed, oil tank scans will be provided to you before your subject removal date. We always recommend that you get an inspection report, and re-confirm your financing approval with your lender. If you feel comfortable and want to remove subjects, we will make sure all the necessary paperwork is thoroughly completed to finalize the deal. Then all you have to do is call a mover!

We suggest holding regular weekend open houses until the property has sold. We endeavor to make this a positive experience for you at all times, and will work with you every step of the way to ensure the highest sale price for your home in the shortest amount of time. Pricing a property is not an exact science, it is important to listen to the feedback you receive from local agents and other parties who view your home. If several months go by with little or no interest, it may be time to consider a revision to the List price.

Dwayne has been planted in Vancouver for the past 20 years after living in Montreal for several years and receiving his degree from Concordia University. With more than a decade of experience working in the Vancouver real estate market Dwayne prides himself on going above and beyond for all his clients. Dwayne has a strong sense of style and aesthetics, honed during his many years of working with people in the local film industry.

Born in Vancouver, Shaun has lived all over the world before moving back to his hometown in 2009. Shaun was one of five people who qualified for the 2014 Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver ‘Medallion Club Rookie of the Year’, and was the recipient of Sutton Westcoast Realty’s ‘Vancouver Rookie of the Year 2014’ and ‘Overall Rookie of the Year 2014’. Shaun has met more clients and completed more deals this year than he ever thought possible, and his love of working with the public and passion for real estate make him the perfect addition to this established team.

Rose moved to the Vancouver area in 2000, and has not looked back since. Working in the Real Estate field as Administrative Support Staff for Sutton Group West Coast since 2006, she was thrilled to make the change to work with an expanding team. Since joining The Stonehouse Team in 2012, Rose has kept all the day-to-day operations running smoothly and keeps us all on track as our Client Relations/Office Administrator and Unlicenced Assistant.
