Making an offer can be a stressful situation at the best of times, but we aim to make the process as smooth as possible. We will guide you to make informed decisions with your pricing so that your offer looks the most appealing to the seller. Once the offer is accepted, we work closely with the Selling agent to ensure you have all the correct information regarding the property. All relevant strata documents, title searches, property disclosure statements, tenancy agreements, and if needed, oil tank scans will be provided to you before your subject removal date. We always recommend that you get an inspection report, and re-confirm your financing approval with your lender. If you feel comfortable and want to remove subjects, we will make sure all the necessary paperwork is thoroughly completed to finalize the deal. Then all you have to do is call a mover!

Our professional photographer and floor plan expert will then come take pictures and produce custom floor plans for your home. Once this and all the relevant paperwork is completed, your home will be ready for market.

Your listing will be advertised on multiple platforms and be emailed to our large database of potential buyers and agents and we'll continue to send these emails as long as your home is on the market. We suggest holding regular weekend open houses until the property has sold. We endeavor to make this a positive experience for you at all times, and will work with you every step of the way to ensure the highest sale price for your home in the shortest amount of time. Pricing a property is not an exact science, it is important to listen to the feedback you receive from local agents and other parties who view your home. If several months go by with little or no interest, it may be time to consider a revision to the List price.
