The resource book entitled "A Casebook on Constitutional Litigation in South Sudan" will serve as a resource for judges, legal practitioners and legal aid providers to conduct research on constitutional litigation.

The Agreement on Resolution of the Conflict in the Republic of South Sudan (ARCSS) mandates the Ministry of Justice and Constitutional Affairs to conduct national consultations in collaboration with other stakeholders and civil society, to inform the design of the legislation of the Commission for Truth, Reconciliation, and Healing.

Aweil State Governor a.i., Hon.James Wieu Mayuol, along with the Japanese Ambassador to South Sudan, H.E. David Deng Maker is a Programme Analyst with UNDP’s Human Development and Inclusive Growth Unit.
