Rosso
Rosso is the major city of south-western Mauritania and capital of Trarza region. It is situated on the Senegal River at the head of year-round navigation. The town is 204 km south of the capital Nouakchott. The Arabic name is Al-Quwarib.
History
Rosso was once the capital of the Emirate of Trarza, a Precolonial Sahrawi dominated state.
Under French colonial rule Senegal and Mauritania were administered as a single entity. When independence came, the new frontier was drawn along the Senegal River, thus splitting the small town of Rosso in two. This article refers to Mauritanian Rosso, on the northern bank of the river.
Originally a staging-post for the gum arabic trade, Rosso has grown rapidly since independence. From a population of a mere 2 300 in 1960 it has now overtaken Kaédi to become the 3rd largest city in the country with 48 922 inhabitants (2000 census).
Languages
South-western Mauritania is predominantly a Wolof -speaking area but many members of Mauritania's other ethnic groups have moved to the town to escape the severe problems of desertification further north.

The Voice of Italy
The Voice of Italy is a reality singing competition and Italian version of the international syndication The Voice based on the reality singing competition launched in the Netherlands, created by Dutch television producer John de Mol. The inaugural season was in 2013 with the first episode airing on Rai 2 on March 7, 2013. The show is also broadcast via radio on Radio Rai and RTL 102.5.
It was hosted by the TV actor Fabio Troiano and the four judges were Raffaella Carrà, Noemi, Piero Pelù and Riccardo Cocciante. The winner of the series was Elhaida Dani from Team Cocciante. The program was renewed for a second season with the first episode broadcast on 12 March 2014 with Federico Russo hosting the show. Three of the judges returned; Carrà, Pelù and Noemi, however Riccardo Cocciante was replaced by J-Ax. Sister Cristina Scuccia triumphed in the 2014 final for Team J-Ax. The nun, Suor Cristina Scuccia, recited the prayer 'Our Father' on stage after winning. On the third season, Raffaella Carrà was replaced by Roby & Francesco Facchinetti as judge, while Fabio Curto was the winner.

Plot: The medical Dr. Owen leads a three-men SWAT team inside the sealed off building to get blood sample from the girl Medeiros to develop an antidote. They are attacked by the zombie-like creatures and Dr. Owen locks a zombie inside a room using a crucifix. He discloses that the patient zero was possessed by the evil and the Vatican sent him to save mankind. Further, they will only leave the building under his voice command. Meanwhile, three teenagers follow a fireman and a man that breaks into the building through the sewage system to rescue his colleague and daughter respectively and they are trapped inside. They are lured and release the evil creature that was locked by Dr. Owen in a room. Out of the blue, the lead team meets the journalist Ângela Vidal hidden inside the building.

Emilia-Romagna Travel Guide for Food Lovers (Bologna, Forlimpopoli, Faenza, Modena, Parma) in Italy Travel Food Video Transcript:
So good morning from Italia!
We are back in Italy. This time we're exploring the region of Emilia-Romagna and we're going to be spending three days here eating, drinking, exploring. Yeah. So exciting. This is a food heavy tour and I can't wait to just like devour as much Italian food as possible and we're also going to be doing quite a bit of travel too. Yeah, so we're starting things off in Bologna and we're also going to be exploring a few destinations so tag along.
So this afternoon in Bologna we are climbing Torre Prendiparte. This tower was built in the late eleventh century, early twelfth and we're supposed to get some amazing views of the city from the top.
You can actually stay inside the tower and it has some pretty cool accommodations
So we made it to the top. We had to climb twelve stories on rickety wooden stairs to get here but the views are spectacular even in the rain.
So this morning we are going to be cooking. We're currently in Forlimpopoli. This is the hometown of Pellegrino Artusi and he basically created the first Italian cookbook in Italian. We're going to be preparing some of the recipes in that cookbook.
So we watched the demonstration. Now it is time to create our own pasta. It is one hundred grams of flower to one egg.
So I've got my pasta now it is time to I guess make it into different shapes.
So this is Mio Laboro. My hard work with pasta to feed an army.
Lunchtime. We get to eat the pasta we made.
So we just finished a wonderful lunch but the day is not over yet. Next up we're doing a vineyard and wine tour so we're just going to take a little look around and see what we can find. Yeah, so this place is called La Palazza to drink wine.
So last night we spent the night at an agriturismo and that is kind of like a home stay but in a rural farm setting in a vineyard.
So this morning we are visiting Acetaia di Giorgio and we're learning about the Balsamic Vinegar making tradition.
Alright, so Brendan and Audrey we are doing a taste test of Balsamic Vinegar.
So what did you think of that original traditional balsamic vinegar?
So for today's lunch we are getting a little bit fancy. We're currently at Antica Corte Pallavivina Relais. It is basically like this old fortress slash castle in Parma.
I'm walking through a tunnel of ham. You have prosciutto, salami and some different meats and cheeses.
So I'm trying Frizzante Rosso and it is a traditional type of wine and if you look down here you can see it is in a very traditional cup not a typical wine glass.
So this morning we're at a dairy farm learning all about the Parmigiano-Reggiano. It has been cool just seeing how like the production and how it is stored.
Welcome to world of Parmigiano Reggiano. Look at all of this cheese
So we're vising the Enzo Ferrari Museum and in terms of all of the things we've done on this trip this is going to be one of my favorites I think. And if you look up here it the museum is actually shaped like the engine of a Ferrari so the design of the actual museum is really cool.
And because this is an Italian museum everyone is having coffee. I'm having gelato. This flavor is called paradiso. I think it is mango.
Well, our time in Italy has come to an end. We're currently at the airport in Bologna enjoying one final lunch eating pizza.

The symbol of the city is its Late Gothic Bishop Church and in the adjoining Baroque chapel, there is a collection of priceless frescos. The stone images and grotesque symbols on its facade indicate the great influence of the basic doctrines of the Church. In the small alleys of the picturesque old town, the houses have arcades that are known as Lauben. Luxurious middle-class houses with artistically painted facades adorn the alleys of the old town that was used by the Romans as a central resting place while traveling to the north. Bruneck-Brunico is the main village of Puster Valley. In 1250, Prince Bishop Bruno von Kirchberg of Bruneck built this strongly fortified city and castle against the monarchs of the Tyrol. The rows of houses in the Stadtgasse date back to the 15th and 16th centuries and make it one of the most beautiful streets in the Tyrol.High on a rock at the entrance to the Valle Aurina-Ahrntal is Taufers Castle, one of the mightiest fortified buildings in the Tyrol.For history combined with fairytale scenery, the Alto Aldige is the place to be!

The square is the heart of the city grid, and from there you can easily walk to some of Adelaide’s most striking 19th-century buildings. The nearby St. Francis Xavier Cathedral towers over Wakefield Street, and the Adelaide Central Market is a wonderful place to find fresh produce.
Just a few blocks north of Victoria Square is the South Australian Museum, where you can learn about the region’s history—both European and the cultures that predated them. From there, get outside and see some of the city’s natural charms. Residents are well aware of their beautiful surroundings, and Adelaide tours often include the Adelaide Botanic Gardens. This local point of pride is an exquisite collection of flora and fauna interspersed with fountains and walking trails.
When you’re ready to give your taste buds a treat, head for Barossa Valley, about 50 miles northeast of Adelaide. This is one of Australia’s oldest winemaking regions, and you can sample one of its legendary Rieslings. Pick up some groceries at one of the Barossa markets, purchase a bottle of wine at one of the vineyards, and pick a spot in this valley for the perfect picnic.
