Para 4 personas bien servido !
1kilo y medio de costilla de res bien carnuditas.
1 cebolla mediana picada muy finamente.
1 tomate mediano picado o en el procesador .
1 cda bien topeteada de ajos molidos.
1 cda o al gusto de ajo amarillo licuado.
1 buena cada de pasta de ajo amarillo ,sin picante .
1 cda de aji panca .
3/4 de taza de chicha de Jora.( 4 cdas de vinagre, 1 taza cerveza,jugo de medio limon, Oh a tu gusto.si no consigues la chicha de jora..).
Sal -- Pimienta y Cominos al gusto. ( Yo use un sazonador de Goya .que yo lo compre a mi nadie me paga por hacer propaganda --pero comparto lo que utilize porque este sazonador es completo , muy bueno para las carnes ,pescados, cerdo, guisos y arroz . Tiene entre sus ingredientes. Sal, ajos, cebolla ,pimienta ,orégano,palillo, etc).
Un poco de agua o caldo.
1 atado de culantro licuado.en poca agua.
Media taza de alverjitas .
2 zanahoria cortadas en rodaja o sesgado.
Acompañantes
Arroz blanco graneado.
Frijoles o Pallares guisados.
Yuca sancochada o papa.
Choclos.
SALSA CRIOLLA

Seco de Pollo - Receta Peruana.
Buenos días mis amig@s, hoy les Presento un plato muy tradicional dentro de la Cocina Peruana; el Seco de Pollo, que tiene como ingrediente principal nada más y nada menos al Pollo; y cuyo punto de sabor se lo dará el Culantro o Cilantro, como se le conoce en otros países , y para servirlo lo acompañamos de Papa o Yuca sancochada y de nuestro arroz blanco bien graneadito, el proceso de preparación es sencillo, espero que lo preparen y lo disfruten en familia.

Ingredientes del Seco de Pollo (Para 6 personas).
6 Presas de Pollo.
1 Zanahoria pequeña pelada y picada .
100 gr. de Alverjas o Guisantes.
1 taza de Culantro o Cilantro licuado.
1 Ají amarillo despepitado.
1 Cebolla pequeña.
2 dientes de Ajo.
Sal, pimienta y comino a gusto.
1 Limón grande.
600 gr. de Papa o Yuca, sancochada.
Servir con Arroz graneado.
Preparación del Seco de Pollo.

1 cebolla mediana picada muy finamente.

1 cebolla mediana picada muy finamente.
1 tomate mediano picado o en el procesador .
1 cda bien topeteada de ajos molidos.
1 cda o al gusto de ajo amarillo licuado.
1 buena cada de pasta de ajo amarillo ,sin picante .
1 cda de aji panca .
3/4 de taza de chicha de Jora.( 4 cdas de vinagre, 1 taza cerveza,jugo de medio limon, Oh a tu gusto.si no consigues la chicha de jora..).
Sal -- Pimienta y Cominos al gusto. ( Yo use un sazonador de Goya .que yo lo compre a mi nadie me paga por hacer propaganda --pero comparto lo que utilize porque este sazonador es completo , muy bueno para las carnes ,pescados, cerdo, guisos y arroz . Tiene entre sus ingredientes. Sal, ajos, cebolla ,pimienta ,orégano,palillo, etc).
Un poco de agua o caldo.
1 atado de culantro licuado.en poca agua.
Media taza de alverjitas .
2 zanahoria cortadas en rodaja o sesgado.
Acompañantes
Arroz blanco graneado.
Frijoles o Pallares guisados.
Yuca sancochada o papa.
Choclos.
SALSA CRIOLLA
