You will learn about "Balanced Diet" in this video. A diet, which contains all the nutrients, namely carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins, minerals and fats in right amounts, is called a balanced diet. It should also contain sufficient amounts of dietary fibre and water.
Every nutrient plays a different and important role in our body. Carbohydrates and fats provide energy to the body. So, foods rich in these nutrients are called energy giving foods. Proteins help in the growth and repair of the body parts. So, foods rich in proteins are called body building foods.
Vitamins and minerals protect our body from various diseases. So foods which are rich sources of vitamins and minerals are called protective foods.
Dietary fibres are essential in our diet, since they help us to get rid of the undigested food.
Lastly, water plays a very important role in our body. It helps to get rid of the liquid waste in the form of urine and sweat. It also helps our body to absorb the dissolved nutrients.
Hence, we should make sure that we have a balanced diet for the proper growth and maintenance of our body.

LAS VEGAS — Honda has unveiled a well-balanced piece of motorcycle tech designed to help riders stay in the saddle at low speeds.
The Riding Assist concept bike has an adjustable front fork that assumes a wider angle to increase stability and its own motor attached to the front wheel, TechCrunch reported.
As anyone who’s ever tried to maneuver a big bike out of a parking lot at low speed knows, keeping balance at 2 or 3 miles an hour is one of the trickiest aspects of riding.
The bike was revealed earlier this week at tech tradeshow CES 2017 in Las Vegas. Although there’s no plans to bring it to market soon, the concept bike shows how Honda’s investment in robotics can have spin-off benefits for its vehicles.
The technology behind the Riding Assist bike was honed in the development of both Honda’s humanoid Asimo robot and UNI-CUB scooter, according to TechCrunch.
Personal robots like Asimo are likely still a decade away from being ready to be sold to consumers.
However, the legacy technology from the development of Asimo and the UNI-CUB could help bring real improvements to Honda’s vehicles much sooner than that.

Hey guys, in north Yorkshire, in England, there is a place known as Brimham moore.
and on this moore you will find some of the weirdest rock formations on earth.
Known as the Brimham rocks, they are a group of mysteriously balanced stones which stretch for a kilometre across the moor.
Protected by the national trust, they make up a portion of the Nidderdale area of natural outstanding beauty, some stones are in excess of 30 metres in height, somehow left perched precariously upon one another.
The rocks of Brimham moore, are known as mill-stone grit, a form of sandstone which dots the British isles, it was once a highly sought after stone for grinding wheat, often attached to the sails of a windmill, hence the name mill stone, their abrasive characteristics were highly suited for grinding.
What strange force could be capable of balancing such huge stones upon one another?
Well it turns out nature is more than capable of creating such wonderful artwork.
The amazing shapes were actually caused by glacial movement, over many years, the rock was slowly grinded away with the current of the glacial ices that once oozed across England.
Subsequently Leaving many stones balanced upon tiny eroded bases, you could be mistaken in thinking they were created by an artist, yet nature proves she is more than capable of creating art too.
The area was recognized as being a Site of Special Scientific Interest in 1958, with The stones open to the public all year round.
Many formations have been named, though imagination and the correct viewing angle is required in understanding the choices. Examples include the Sphinx, the Watchdog, the Camel, the Turtle and the Dancing Bear, yet, The most interesting of the formations is known as idol rock, appearing to defy physics it is certainly a very cool natural curiosity.

Balanced line
In telecommunications and professional audio, a balanced line or balanced signal pair is a transmission line consisting of two conductors of the same type, each of which have equal impedances along their lengths and equal impedances to ground and to other circuits. The chief advantage of the balanced line format is good rejection of external noise when fed to a differential amplifier. Common forms of balanced line are twin-lead, used for radio frequency signals and twisted pair, used for lower frequencies. They are to be contrasted to unbalanced lines, such as coaxial cable, which is designed to have its return conductor connected to ground, or circuits whose return conductor actually is ground. Balanced and unbalanced circuits can be interconnected using a transformer called a balun.
Circuits driving balanced lines must themselves be balanced to maintain the benefits of balance. This may be achieved by transformer coupling or by merely balancing the impedance in each conductor.

Personal robots like Asimo are likely still a decade away from being ready to be sold to consumers.
However, the legacy technology from the development of Asimo and the UNI-CUB could help bring real improvements to Honda’s vehicles much sooner than that.

Hey guys, in north Yorkshire, in England, there is a place known as Brimham moore.
and on this moore you will find some of the weirdest rock formations on earth.
Known as the Brimham rocks, they are a group of mysteriously balanced stones which stretch for a kilometre across the moor.
Protected by the national trust, they make up a portion of the Nidderdale area of natural outstanding beauty, some stones are in excess of 30 metres in height, somehow left perched precariously upon one another.
The rocks of Brimham moore, are known as mill-stone grit, a form of sandstone which dots the British isles, it was once a highly sought after stone for grinding wheat, often attached to the sails of a windmill, hence the name mill stone, their abrasive characteristics were highly suited for grinding.
What strange force could be capable of balancing such huge stones upon one another?
Well it turns out nature is more than capable of creating such wonderful artwork.
The amazing shapes were actually caused by glacial movement, over many years, the rock was slowly grinded away with the current of the glacial ices that once oozed across England.
Subsequently Leaving many stones balanced upon tiny eroded bases, you could be mistaken in thinking they were created by an artist, yet nature proves she is more than capable of creating art too.
The area was recognized as being a Site of Special Scientific Interest in 1958, with The stones open to the public all year round.
Many formations have been named, though imagination and the correct viewing angle is required in understanding the choices. Examples include the Sphinx, the Watchdog, the Camel, the Turtle and the Dancing Bear, yet, The most interesting of the formations is known as idol rock, appearing to defy physics it is certainly a very cool natural curiosity.
thanks to Englands absence of earthquakes, they have remained balanced for thousands of years.
