¡Bienvenidos a Mendoza!, the “The Land of Sun and Good Wine.” Located on an arid plateau, Mendoza was built on the irrigation channels, or “acequias,” that were originally dug by the indigenous Huarpe people. These waterways also feed snowmelt from the Andes to Mendoza's vineyards, which produce about the majority of Argentina’s wine today. Noteworthy Spanish colonial buildings in Mendoza include the Banco Hipotecario Nacional, the domed Espacio Contemporáneo de Arte, in a former bank, the monumental Teatro Independencia, and the central Basilica de San Francisco. As seen from above, Mendoza’s most central parks take on the shape of a dotted number five, like the on dice. The leafy Plaza Independencia, with has an underground modern art museum, makes up the central dot and the corners a...

When it comes to transportation options and smart city planning, you can argue Zurich, Switzerland takes the top prize in the world. The city has deployed a number of polices and practices that make commuting, living and working in Zurich a pleasant experience whichever mode (or modes) of travel you use. For one, back in the mid-1990s, via a city decree referred to as "The Great Compromise", Zurich decided it keep their number of parking spaces fixed at current levels. So on the rare occasion they need to justify building new parking spaces, they must find other areas within the city limits to eliminate parking. And as a bonus: many of the new spaces come in the form of underground garages, which allows for more car-free streets, plazas and shared space solutions. Secondly, Zurich has a ve...
https://www.expedia.com/Vancouver.d178315.Destination-Travel-Guides Vancouver’s breezes carry the scents of nature and aromas of all the urban delights you’d expect from a city regularly voted, “the Worlds most livable”. The city takes its name from the British navigator who landed here in 1792. The original settlement was called “Gastown”, in honor of Gassy Jack, who built the city’s first tavern. Gassy Jack and his makeshift pub may be long gone, but in the historic neighborhood of Gastown, his spirit lingers on. Vancouver’s early history continues at Waterfront Station, the western terminus of the Canadian Pacific Railway. The railway’s construction brought Chinese workers by the thousands, whose descendants have enriched Vancouver ever since. Experience this interweaving of cultu...

It's cold outside in the middle of the winter and my brain's in the fridge
(Would you know what shape I'm in)
Point things in the better I'm lucky if I even give in to the sin
(Would you know what shape I'm in)
And it's all been luck until now
Caught in the race of up to down
Photography mixed in the monogamy keepin' my world happenin'
(would you know what shape I'm in)
I know that I'm better when I know that you are better and I'll hold you again
(would you know what shape I'm in)
And its all been luck until now
Caught in the race of up to down
And it's all been luck until now
I only hope that you're still 'round me now
And it's gonna rage
it's gonna stay with you always
Every second counts on you to prove you're off the ground
It's cold outside in the middle of the winter and my brains in the fridge

And its all been luck until now
