Do not waste your time going here. They messed up my order. Then they gave it to another table. 2 hamburgers took over a half hour to cook. Then they told me it will be another half hour to get new food. Do not waste your time unless you like horrible service and you will be treated like you do not matter. I only gave it 1 star because I was forced to. I give it 0 stars

We were charged full price when they were closing for a party in a half an hour, and they told us we had to leave. The picture lady was nice at first until we needed her to get us our frames, then it seemed like we were bothering her, I spent $35 on pictures, I am sorry she hates her job. All that being said I did enjoy the half and hour I did get to spend rotating around the city.

For the price you pay it's NOT worth it! I paid $107 and for what? There was nothing exciting about it. Sorry, never will go back again. Ticket lady was rude and the ONLY thing that was pleasing was the young lady who's on the elevator going up and down talking about the Tower. She's short with glasses and completely knows her stuff and was the only person friendly. The cashier at the food place was so unhappy she had to be there and wasn't happy at all about taking orders of my food and other.

I had planned to spend a few hours up on the tower and then go eat at Cloud Nine afterward before heading home. I arrived a little after 1pm and enjoyed the view for a while. I found that to be really fun. I circled the tower several times, took some video, and just generally enjoyed seeing the beautiful city of Dallas.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful and I enjoyed my interactions with them.

I took off one star because I had gotten hungry around 3pm and asked h...ow to get to Cloud Nine only to find out the restaurant was already closed. Seriously? At 3pm? The whole restaurant?

I thought that was very inconvenient and was sad I didn't get to experience a rotating restaurant like I had planned to do before I came to Dallas.

I found another spot to go downtown before I had to head back to Houston but I still felt this was poor service in that one aspect.

Overall though I had a really good time at the observation deck. Just wish I hadn't had to go elsewhere to refuel.

A friend and I went there without a reservation and sat in the lounge. Everyone was very nice, accommodating and service was above average. The food was very good and the view was super. Glad we went even though the website said there were no tables open. The lounge was very comfortable.

I didn't know this is a thing, I thought it was only a landmark. Some locals told me to check it out and I am so glad I did. I went right before sunset. What a beautiful light show. There is an elevator so you don't have to take stairs to get to the top.

I loved the view, but $18 pp pretty steep just to walk around the observation deck and add your name and Avatar creature to a "constellation." And if you want to use the cruddy stationary binoculars you have pay for that too.

Was skeptical about the price, but well worth it once I saw the view. Got a ton of great photos of the city. Only wish I had gone at night. Dallas has so many great lighted buildings at night. Restaurants weren't open during the day, but the snack bar had the best cupcake ever. Worth the money...

Pretty cool! We visited via the city-pass, I probably wouldn't have paid the full price just for the 3 of us to go up and look out. We were only there for about 30 minutes.

We didn't even know until reading these posts that there was a restaurant there, maybe someone should've mentioned it??
