The food was good but our waitress decided to give herself a $16 tip when my sister paid for our meal on her card (we already left her a $13 cash tip on the table and she out a 0 in the tip line) $29 tip total she thought she was gonna receive after she forgot my child's food I had to ask for it then i see the cook grab the bread and start his grill cheese. I don't like theifs and thats was I feel she is you don't ever add your own tip in if the customer has no knowledge of it thats stealing. My sister called back same day to get if fixed and even though it's a day later still no money back. I really hope Lulu's makes it right. We didn't have any other problem but the waitress writing in her own tip. I say becarful and watch what amount actually get taken out of your account.

The food was great, but the service was lacking. They seemed very understaffed. Our waitress was very friendly, but it took forever for her to finally make it to our table. We watched two different tables leave without ordering after they had waited for over half an hour for someone to notice them. We got there around 9 am. We went there for the sole purpose of getting a giant cinnamon roll. We waited for another 20 minutes or so for someone to notice that we had finished our food and asked when our cinnamon roll would be delivered. We ordered the cinnamon roll at the same time as the rest of our food. We were told that there were no more cinnamon rolls. Somehow they managed to find another cinnamon roll, so the trip was not a total loss. We finally left at 11 am when all was said and done.

Just left this place, waitress took our order, came back with our drinks and 30 min later we're still waiting on our food. By then we had both finished our drinks so I asked her for refills, she took our cups and brought back 2 cups of warm tea. No ice and my husband was originally drinking a Dr Pepper
I don't think she even turned in our food order, we got up and walked out, by then she walked up to us and said I'm sorry, I'm so sorry. Yes, sadly you are. The place wasn't even packed. Thanks for the drinks and I doubt we will return since this is the 2nd time this happens.

If i could give it no stars I would. I'm usually really patient with restaurants. They were obviously busy which is no big deal. Our server spent more time telling us how busy they were than actually being a server. We sat for almost 30 minutes before ordering. We ordered 4 breakfast tacos, and the famous cinnamon roll. We sat watching people get served that came in after us. There were 2 people in my party. After an hour of us sitting there with nothing but a Dr. Pepper and a horrible water (after taste, don't order it), the table of 9 that was next to us got their order taken. Within 5 minutes she delivers 2 cinnamon rolls to that table. One of those were ours. So we left. Can't comment on the food. We never got any.

The food was great!! They were packed the day I went and the wait staff was running around doing their best. It took a little time to get my food, but that it is okay because I know it wasn’t something out of a pot and it was served hot and fresh. So if you see people complaining because of the service know that it was packed for a reason and the service was perfect to me. I will be going back!

We just came from there on Monday. The food was ok. Nothing to rave about. The place looked clean to me, so maybe the previous reviews got their attention. The big cinnamon roll was also nothing to rave about. It tasted like a loaf of bread with icing. I didn't care for the icing, but I am very picky about that. I'm usually not a fan. The waitress we had was very nice! I also watched another with customers and was also very nice.

Seated promptly, waitress came twice, had to ask for straws, only got three, had to request forks and another straw, didn't have Pepsi or dr. Pepper for drink choice. Fries were not done, food was not worth the price. Got a cinnamon roll to go, it was hard as a brick. The waitress told us they were fresh and that it was hard because they pulled it apart from other rolls and had to let it set to wrap it up. We saw on FB and drove to try it, NEVER again!

It was alright but I wouldnt go out of my way to go back. Service was okay. The music was really loud. The flys were annoying. I didnt like that they served coffee in a styrofoam cup. It wasnt very clean, could of used a little broom action here or there. But the food was good, just the right portion and cooked well. Cinnamon Roll was good.

The staff was nice but the place needs to be cleaned. We ordered breakfast tacos and the French toast plate. Tacos had a scoop of bland scrambled eggs covered with bland diced potatoes and topped with greasy cheese. French toast was edible but eggs were not cooked to order.
