During the World Series parade in Houston, Texas, a woman dropped her hat from high up in a parking lot. The good people of the city worked to get it back to her.

Jodie, this happened yesterday during the World Series parade in Houston, Texas. Right at the corner of Dallas and Smith streets downtown.
