Fitsum Yohanes - is responsible of the hijacking and killing civilians under direct orders from the president’s office. Also responsible of running the seven permanent villas that are used to detain and execute Eritreans. Yemane Afeworki (SEKLOP/ AREG) and Tsegu Fishaye - are responsible for religious people and NGO who were arrested and disappeared or executed. Yemane Afeworki, is responsible to monitor any movements against the regime that might be created inside Eritrea or make contacts with opposition groups from outside the country. Yemane Afeworki is the special hitman for special operations to eliminate high ranking officials under direct orders from Isayas Afeworki. Also, is responsible of running the four temporary villas that are used to detain and execute Eritreans. Gayem Tesfamichael - head of intelligence (SILEYA) outside of Eritrea(diaspora).
